Introduction
Welcome to our pension survey. This is the third year we are conducting the survey, and this year we have included questions on other insured benefits in order to map employers’ compensation and benefits to a greater extent.
With this survey we have also mapped how Norway’s biggest companies have adapted to the new regulation for defined contribution rates.
Over the last years there has been some major changes within pension schemes in Norway that we have followed closely and become experts to advise on. How the biggest companies in Norway have responded and acted on these are also covered in our report.
The companies featured in this survey have been invited to get the opportunity to represent the industry leaders within industry.
