If you’re looking for a place to grab a gourmet sandwich and a tasty smoothie, look no further than Campus Corner Café.

Co-owners Kwai Wah and Sui Yuk Pang were dining at the café while under different ownership and considered it a favorite of theirs at the time.

When the Pang’s heard the business was for sale, they bought it without reservation. They have been the owners for the past 5 months.

“The economic condition and the specialty that we can offer is just right in the Mid-Del area,” said Kwai Wah Pang.

Campus Corer Café offers “Big Train” Ice Coffee and Douwe Egberts Coffee, as well as specialty sandwiches and salads. The Pang’s do everything from dine-in to carry out and catering.

The Pang’s say they plan to offer a “Nice Person Award” for a $50 take out order, in which the person picking up the order gets a free lunch.

Campus Corner Café is located at 6240 SE 15th Street, in front of Rose State College. The café is open 7:00 a.m. to

3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The phone number is 733-0988.

Office Depot hosted a Small Business Appreciation Night on Monday, May 16th. At left: Gail Gomez of Keller Williams Realty and Helen Taylor visit during the event. Right: David Jordan of Mid-First Bank and Andi Bytqui of Turtle Creek Mortgage check out some computers on display.
