Flexible Connections The system allows extending the concept of “Plug and Socket” to the Electrical Distribution System, at different voltage level (medium up to 11 kV, low up to 400 V) and with a large scale of available power up to 10 MVA

Flexible Connections The system consists in the installation, on a remote position, identified as safe, of the connection point and of the panel that provides the interface between the plant electrical system and the external power source. This allows for a flexible management of external emergency power sources to cope with the post-accident required safety functions, by matching the limited power available with the most urgent needs in the optimal sequence.
