WELCOME TO THE 59th ANNUAL LSPS CONVENTION APRIL 1-3, 2020

Exhibitor Details:

• Booths will be one table & two chairs, electrical, and complimentary sign.

• Exhibitors may begin setting up at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 1st, in the Mari Showroom.

• There will be an Exhibitor reception held Wednesday, April 1st, from 6:30 – 9:30 PM in the Mari Showroom.

• Additional exhibit viewing time will be scheduled on Thursday, April 2nd, throughout the day between 7:00 A.M. & 4:00 P.M. (prior to seminar - during breakfast, morning & afternoon breaks and luncheon, etc.)

• All Exhibitors will be recognized at the luncheon on Thursday, April 2nd.

• Exhibit viewing on Friday, April 3rd, throughout the day between 7:00 A.M. & 2:00 P.M. (prior to seminar, during breakfast, morning & afternoon breaks and luncheon, etc.)

• Exhibit viewing will conclude Friday, after 2:00 P.M.

• FEES: See attached Sponsorship opportunities and layout of Booth space.

• ATTENTION GOLFERS! The LSPS Annual Golf Tournament will be held on Wednesday, April 1st. Fee for the golf tournament is $75.00 per person and includes lunch. The Tournament will be held at Tomahka Golf Club, 222 Slim Lemoine Road, Marksville, LA 71351. This is on the Paragon Casino Resort grounds. Registration & Lunch at 11:00 A.M. & Shotgun start is 11:30 A.M.

• LSPS is once again hosting the Sporting Clays Tournament on Wednesday, April 1st, at the Honey Brake Lodge, 1899 Larto Bridge Rd., Jonesville, LA 71343. Fee for the tournament is $60.00 per person and includes lunch. (Shells not included). Registration & lunch at 12:00 A.M. Shooting commences at 1:00 P.M. (Money will be refunded in the event of cancellation)

• A reception in the Exhibitors’ honor will be held on Wednesday, April 1st from 6:30-9:30 P.M. at the Mari Showroom.

• We invite the Exhibitors to join the membership for luncheons on Thursday, April 2nd, and Friday, April 3rd.

• LSPS is planning a Surveying Party Thursday evening in the Club Mezazz at the Paragon Casino

with music by “Clay Cormier and the Highway Boys”
