About Calvary’s new Website

The intent of the website is to give our members and the community a single source of information about our Church. We want members to WANT to log onto the website every day!

We will be sharing more information in the near future and will have a computer available in the Narthex to use for those that may not have access to a computer at home.

Sole Hope Project Through an organization called "Sole Hope,"

Calvary will be holding a "Shoe Cutting Party" on Saturday, April 19th 1:00 -4:00 PM. Please join us one and all to enjoy fun, fellowship,

and service, making kits of shoes that will be made to protect the feet of children in

Uganda from jiggers.

Easter Flower CrossAs we have done the last several years, we will have a flower cross for Easter Sunday. Please bring fresh cut flowers Easter morning before your preferred service to add to

the cross.

Adult Sunday School Studying a series of lessons entitled “The Great Deceiver”, a Bible Study about Satan as he is known to us in the Bible. Join the group in the library at 9:30AM between Sunday services.

Thank You!Thanks to everyone helping in any way with the community Rummage Sale. We made $2,350. Leftover books were donated to AAUW and many boxes of items were donated to Lutheran Social Services.

Wednesday April 2 -- Service at Noon followed by a light lunch Light supper at 6 pm, service at 7pm

Sunday April 6 Fifth Sunday in Lent --Worship 8:15 am & 10:45 pm

The Noon mid-week service will have a message from the PastorThe 7 pm mid-week service will have monologues by the newly formed

Calvary Drama Team.

As you journey to the cross, bring a friend to the service and meal.

Preparation for First Communion classes begins Sunday, June 8 during the Sunday School hour at 9:30 a.m. and continues through July 6.

We will meet in the Conference Room.

All youth who are eight years old and up are invited to participate, along with their parent(s) or guardian(s).
