accordance with decision taken place by the selection committee for engagement of DEO under CMDMP in Santipur Municipality held on

16.01.2017, you are hereby called as on eligible candidate for computer proficiency test for selection against the said post to be held on

15.02.2017 in the meeting hall of SDO Office, Ranaghat which will include :- 1) English Typing in M/S Word (15 marks); 2) Bengali Typing in

Bangla word (15 marks) ; 3) M/S Excel with formula(20 marks); 4) Internet Test (10 marks).

Therefore, you are hereby requested to report at the Development Section of SDO Office, Ranaghat on 15.02.2017 by 10.00 am sharp (at

ground floor of SDO Office, Ranaghat) along with this photo bearing admit card (duplicate copy of which may also be downloaded by you from

Nadia District NIC Official Website namely “nadia.nic.in” in Legal size paper).

On & from 01.02.2017 upto 14.02.2017 and may be brought with you in case of non-receiving of original copy of this admit card by you through

regd. Post within 14.02.2017) with original copies of the below said documents positively without fail otherwise you will not be allowed to

appear in the computer proficiency test and your candidature may be summarily rejected by the selection committee.

1) EPIC/ Pan Card/Passport/Driving License/Aadhaar Card or any other photo bearing Id card duly issued by Central/State Government.

2) SC/ST/OBC certificate (only case of sc/st/obc candidate)

3) Admit Card of Madhyamik/Equivalent Exam.

4) Mark sheets of all academic qualifications up to Graduation level.

5) Certificate in Computer Application with min. Six (6) month’s duration from Government recognized institutions.

6) Experience certificate in the computer related work (at least duration of 1 year) in public/private field.

No TA/DA will be allowed to you for the above said purpose and you are also hereby instructed not to bring with you Mobile Phone, Pager,

Calculator (including scientific calculator) or any other electronic devices and this office will hold no responsibility if such prohibited devices

been found & seized from you while entering into examination hall for computer proficiency test for safe-keeping of the same.

This Admit Card is only the valid authorization letter for your appearing in the computer proficiency test. Final selection of candidate will be

made by selection committee on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the computer proficiency test. Similarly, in case of any unfair

means used by you during the said test or in case of any misconduct done by you, your candidature may be summarily rejected by the selection

committee and decision taken by the selection committee in this regard will be treated final.
