Facility Development

• Established state-of-the-art, 25,000 sq.ft. distribution facility to service worldwide customer base, with facility featuring best-in-class computer and inventory management systems, expert logistics/operations workforce, and “shop on site” showroom.

Initial Public Offering

• Spearheaded project that led to company’s transition as public entity. Entered into reverse merger agreement with Essential Reality that led to $3 million investment into Alliance and allowed for proper execution of business plan.

Financial Management

• Worked with key lending institutions to set working capital credit lines through asset-based loans. Leveraged inventory and accounts receivable to realize company’s sales potential, building credit line to $15 million ($20 million during the holidays).

Operations Expansion

• Expanded company’s reach by opening 2nd sales and distribution facility in Miami, FL based on demand for services in Central and South America. Implemented previously successful sales/marketing strategies to generate 1st-year sales of $13.5 million.

JACK OF ALL GAMES – COLLEGE POINT, NY – 1998-2002Executive Vice President

Retained following purchase of former employer L&J Marketing by Take Two Interactive to serve as EVP for subsidiary Jack of all Games and direct all activities within company’s distribution facility. Developed, implemented, and managed comprehensive sales, marketing, procurement and distribution functions.

Revenue & Profit Returns

• Utilized aggressive sales techniques and policies to drive revenue growth from $20 million to $35 million, personally generating 50% of the revenues during this time period. Increased gross profit margin of sales 20% through product mix control.

• Hired, trained, and led all sales personnel to meet and exceed expectations, personally approving all orders to achieve maximum performance.

Operations Improvement

• Upgraded efficiency of distribution services by directing installation of MAS200 accounting software module, allowing company to improve monitoring for large inventory and upgrading of A/R, A/P, P&L, and HR needs.

• Negotiated and established favorable rates/contracts with 3rd party logistics partners who
