ABSTRAK

ANALISIS PENGARUH PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT PADA DIMENSILEARNING ORGANIZATION

(Studi pada Karyawan PT. AIR MANCUR, KARANGANYAR)

SOFYAN IMAM SUYUDIF1212066

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efek dari perceived organizationalsupport pada dimensi learning organization.

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Air Mancur Karanganyaryang berjumlah 378 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 143 responden yangdiambil secara stratified random sampling. Jenis data yang diambil adalah data kuantitaif yaitudata data analisis kuantitatif digunakan data yang berwujud angka-angka dan carapembahasannya menggunakan alat analisis Generalized Structured Component Analiysis(GSCA).

Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) perceived organizational support memiliki efeksignifikan pada belajar terus menerus (2) perceived organizational support memiliki efeksignifikan pada team learning (3) perceived organizational support berpengaruh signifikan padapemberdayaan karyawan (4) perceived organizational support memiliki efek signifikan padasystem koneksi (5) perceived organizational support tidak memiliki efek pada learningorganization (6) perceived organizational support tidak memiliki efek pada dialog (7) perceivedorganizational support tidak memiliki efek embedded system (8) perceived organizationalsupport tidak memiliki efek pada kepemimpinan strategis

Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan bagi para praktisi dalam mengambillangkah-langkah keputusan untuk menyusun kebijakan strategis dalam keunggulan kompetitifkaryawan, sehingga nantinya dapat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan learning organizationyang optimal

LEARNING ORGANIZATION(Study on Employee PT. AIR MANCUR, KARANGANYAR)

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived organizationalsupport on the dimensions of learning organization.

The population in this study were all employees of PT. Air Mancur Karanganyar whichamounts to 378 employees. The sample in this study of 143 respondents drawn by stratifiedrandom sampling. Type of data collected is quantitative data that is data quantitative analysis ofthe data used in the form of data the figures and discussion how to use analytical toolsGeneralized Structured Component analiysis (GSCA).

The study concluded that (1) perceived organizational support has a significant effect oncontinuous learning (2) perceived organizational support has a significant effect on teamlearning (3) perceived organizational support significant effect on employee empowerment (4)perceived organizational support has a significant effect on connection system (5) perceivedorganizational support has no effect on the learning organization (6) perceived organizationalsupport has no effect on the dialogue (7) perceived organizational support has no effectembedded systems (8) perceived organizational support has no effect on the strategicleadership

This research can be used as a reference for practitioners the decision to take steps toformulating policies in the strategic competitive advantage of employees, so that later can affectthe increase optimal learning organization
