The term “disability”, as it is applied to humans, refers to any condition that impedes the completion of daily tasks using traditional methods. National governments and global humanitarian agencies have narrowed this definition for their own purposes.

rehabilitation.
In 2005 HHC accounted for 2/3 of NYC MOPD/DMD turnout.

• Organizing and harnessing an innovative well grounded relationship in concert between the MOPD/DMD office and the Coler Goldwater Computer Lab.
• Developing and creating an innovating training program with the MOPD/DMD office and IMTI for patients/residents of the Coler-Goldwater Computer Lab.
• Creating and harnessing a twofold entertainment/media industry/mentoring committee to create mentoring/training/career research opportunities for patients/residents of Coler-Goldwater/HHC interested in a job or career in the entertainment and media industries.
