United Way of Romania invited us to participate in the Easter exhibition by producing diffe rent decoration materials made by the beneficiaries. For five days each exhibition was held in different companies who provided funds for our project. This event gave us an ex cellent opportunity to exercise a working routine with the help of newly created "departments" mentioned in February news. "Recreation & Sport" assigned and prepared the location for each workshop. The TV room was converted to a "carpentry" space to manufacture 75 pic ture frames with wooden stand and to paint 50 spoons. Com puter room was assigned for production and painting diffe rent types of masks. The Activity room for 50 paper hats. Item wise it was a simple task but the learning to work with a routine, artistically, creatively, and in a coordinated manner, was the challenge. The weath er was sunny and some of the productions were done outside the building. This created a pleasing "family industry" at mosphere where small talks, gossips, coffee and tea are included. This environment created the feeling what a social enterprise will be, feel like.
