Our beneficiaries who act thisyear as pioneers in creatingthe new Entrepreneur skill domain, entered the 2nd phase oftraining.United Way of Romania invitedus to participate in the Easterexhibition by producing different decoration materials madeby the beneficiaries. For fivedays each exhibition was heldin different companies whoprovided funds for our project. This event gave us an excellent opportunity to exercisea working routine with the helpof newly created "departments"mentioned in February news."Recreation & Sport" assigned
and prepared the location foreach workshop. The TV roomwas converted to a "carpentry"space to manufacture 75 picture frames with wooden standand to paint 50 spoons. Computer room was assigned forproduction and painting different types of masks. TheActivity room for 50 paperhats.Item wise it was a simple taskbut the learning to work with aroutine, artistically, creatively, and in a coordinated manner, was the challenge. The weather was sunny and some of theproductions were done outsidethe building. This created apleasing "family industry" atmosphere where small talks, gossips, coffee and tea areincluded. This environmentcreated the feeling what asocial enterprise will be, feellike.
