I am responsible for a team of 4 staff members who in turn supervise the 30 callers. All shift-related problems and issues are delegated to me and I ensure that each night of calling runs smoothly. Run statistical analyses three times each night and interpret those statistics to determine which callers’ performances are below average, and delegate a staff member to address any issues. Quality Assurance Specialist, Spring 2011-Fall 2011 Helped trainees through their first eight shifts of calling. Monitored their phone calls, held weekly meetings to discuss performance and improvement. Student Caller, Fall 2010-Spring 2011 Called alumni, parents, and friends of the university to donate towards various academic funds. Raised $28,140 (third highest amount of any caller during the fall 2010 semester).
