THE ALBERIONE MEDIA AWARDS 2016 A SHORT DIGITAL FEATURE FILM COMPETITION and FILM MAKING CONFERENCE Digital Shorts inspired by the Word of God. The film, not more than 10 minutes, must incorporate in the visuals the specific biblical verse or verses that inspired the story. A. Who can join? • Open to all students (amateurs) nationwide, from Grades 11 to College. B. 3. After post production, the participants who are required to form teams, submit two (2) brown envelopes, each containing: one (1) CD, ONLY with the film, in vlc or MP4 formats, and the other envelop (1) CD containing three (3) behind the scenes still photos in .jpg format (e.g. shooting and editing), poster of the short digital film (jpg format) and (2) a page of description on the production and synopsis of the short film (.doc format), and a Registration Form (available during the Conference) to the Secretariat to compete for the ALBERIONE MEDIA AWARDS. The DEADLINE is APRIL 1, 2016, Friday.

C. The On-Line ALBERIONE AWARDS FILM FEST 2016 Two weeks after the deadline, the alberioneawards.com will feature top twelve (12) films in an on-line

3RD ALBERIONE MEDIA AWARDS FILMFEST. Viewers can actually vote for their favorite films on line.

D. PRIZES AND AWARDING 1. Awarding Date:

Three Jurors’ Choices will be proclaimed winners during the Alberione Media Awards PRESS EVENT on May 8, 2016 from 1-5PM, Sunday. Viewers Choice Award is also at stake.

2. The Prizes: Film Making Conference Participants - CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION Finals Shortlist Feature Films - CERTIFICATE OF DISTINCTION

Three (3) Jurors’ Choice Award for Digital Shorts

Grand Prix: P50,000.00, and Alberione Media Awards Medal

First Runner Up: P25,000.00, and Alberione Media Awards Medal

Second Runner Up: P15,000.00 and Alberione Media Awards Medal

Viewers Choice Award (alberioneawards.com- on line voting): PLAQUE OF DISTINCTION

E. JURY. The Jury is composed of respectable filmmakers and film educators in the country. The decision

of the judges is final and irrevocable.

F. COPYRIGHTS. All the finalist films will become a feature of alberioneawards.com. The teams (vis-à-vis

their Films) and STPAULS have the sole copyright of the 12 film finalists.

G. WAIVER. The teams/individuals affirm that any and all issues of copyright pertaining to any imagery or

music contained in the submitted film have been properly cleared for use and free the organizers of any

legal obligation.
