Login Method

A quick and easy login process where the user can use their

Facebook and Linkedin Accounts to login

For the users that does not have social media accounts we

provide a normal registration process wherein we ask the

user for the First name, Last name, Location, Education

Details, Professional Details etc….

The portal is such that it allows registration for Alumni,

Students as well as Faculty.

Under this module we allow the user to

become a life member accepting a

minimal fee that the Alumni Association

agrees upon.

The module has been developed to

accept payment from all the Indian Debit

and Credit Cards using EBS Payment

Gateway.

Planning Reunions


The portal allows the admin to plan various reunions

Branch wise as well as Batch wise and the alumnis

can come and register as well as pay for the event.

It takes care of the entire event management .i.e.

admin can add event related description, location,

photos, schedule , speaker. Also, once the user

register or pay for the event all the registration entries

along with the transaction details can be viewed in

the backend.

In the case of a new upcoming event all the life

members will be notified automatically via email.

It allows the admin to upload the alumni’s past

memories or reunion photos album wise.

While uploading the photos admin can add title,

description as well as tags for the albums.

We can specify the batch that the albums belongs to.

The platform allows all the life

members to post job in case of

career opportunities available

at the organization that they

are currently working with.

Then the user can search for

the Jobs Full Time/ Part Time

and send a Referral Request

for the same.

Alumni Map – Allows to track the alumni on a world map.

Alumni Directory – Allows to search your particulars using

various filters. For e.g. Campus, Degree, Batch, City, State,

Country etc..

Chapters - User defined chapters can be created based on

different locations where the alumni’s are residing.

Groups – Implements the same way as “Whatsapp Groups”.

Alums Success Stories – It displays success stories of the

alumnis who have become dignities in the respective field.

At any point of time users can edit as well as delete their post.

Just like Facebook we provide our users to add posts on the Institute wall

which others can easily view it.

Other users can comment and share the post on their Facebook Accounts.

It also allows to share attachments in the different file formats. Institute

Thus an Invitation message will be sent to all their connections available on
