Activities Alumni can get involvedWhat Board of Alumni Description It's a group where some Alumni, in general ex-EBs, meet with the current LC EB to discuss and advice on strategic things related to AIESEC management. Similar job to Board of Alumni, but the BoA is made of Externals and advice more on institutional and organization issues, as well as give an external nonAIESEC point of view. Responsible for cheering up, managing the time and supervise the whole Conference. Present together with the facilitators presentations about AIESEC to attract candidates for Selection Process. Alumni may talk about his/her experience in AIESEC and motivate people to apply. Evaluate and select candidates for members in the LC. Help to evaluate and select the candidates for the next term EB, together with the current and elected LCP, externals and members. An Alumni who's been in the EB and has a good knowledge about an specific subject can coach the next EBs on it. E.g.: People Development, Sales, Exchange, etc. As it's hard for EBs to find mentors in the LC, Alumni can mentor a VP or LCP during the term and also after it. Alumni may show interest in hosting trainees in their houses during the Traineeship. Organize informal meetings of Alumni from the LC with some activities like experience sharing, presenting LC current reality, funny cases from their time in AIESEC, watching pictures and drinking beer. Interview and select candidates to become SNs and go on a Traineeship.
