OWLS to meet Tuesday at 10:00 Here in South Jersey, one in five people suffer from food insecurity, which means they might not know where their next meal is coming from.

In response, the Diocese of Camden is organizing the fourth annual faithFULL Food Drive. On Sunday, April 2 every parish and school in the diocese will collect food for local pantries. Please bring food donations to mass with you on April 2. Our goal this year is to collect 150,000 pounds.

A Lenten Suggestion Would you consider a new project for Lent?

How about feeding the hungry and clothing the naked? Every Wednesday morning sandwiches and warm clothing are collected after the 9:00 a.m. Mass and taken into Camden to the Cathedral Pantry to feed and clothe those in need. Any kind of sandwiches can be made, just put them in baggies and then back into the plastic sleeve of the loaf of bread. All men's and women's warm clothing is needed. Please contact Ginny Licata at 856-227-3488 to get answers for your questions.

Put your thinking caps on and visit the OWLS this month! Ami Feller, Director of Community Relations at St. Mary’s Villa, will be presenting at our meeting on Tuesday, March 21 at 10:00 a.m. at the Aquin Center. Her topic is Brain Health and she has games for us to exercise our minds and prizes as a reward. Plan to be there!

Donation: $2.00 for non-members.

The 2017 House of Charity has commenced and we need your help to reach this year’s parish goal of $201,500. To date we have received more than $117,930 in pledges and contributions. We thank those who have already contributed. Know that your gift is appreciated here at Holy Family and by the many who will benefit from your generosity.

“Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again.” JOHN 4:13

Jesus reminds us that material things, even something as basic as water, can never satisfy us for long. When we build our lives around material possessions we always want more. True Joy and Peace only comes when we follow Jesus; when through our Stewardship we become more “God-centered” and less “self-centered”.
