Frequently Asked Questions Can we have the event on a Saturday?
Saturday wedding dates are available for an
additional $500.
Can we have more guests than what the two packages
offer?
Yes! Any guests over the packaged amount is an
additional amount per person.
Can we substitute a vendor for another one we
know? Or can we pick and choose which vendors we
want in the package?
The vendors within our package have given a
special bundled price for all of the Castle wedding
couples in which case we will not be able to
substitute or take out any outside vendors.
What if we are having a reception only?
You can certainly have a reception only! The
package price does remain the same.
How much are additional guests?
50 person package: $184.66 inclusive
100 person package: $169.90 inclusive
Can we upgrade our services with the vendors?
Absolutely! If you are looking for full planning,
floral centerpieces, glass chargers or any additional
items you are welcome to contact the vendors after
you book and contract these services separately
through them.
How does payment work?
All payments are made directly through the Castle
Hotel unless you have upgrades with the vendor
separately. To reserve your wedding date a deposit
of 25% of your total package price is due at
signing. There are second and third deposits due
throughout set dates and the remaining balance is
due one week before your wedding.
How much is it to upgrade my buffet?
Mediterranean: $6++ per person ($7.92)
Classic: $6++ per person ($7.92)
Coastal Inspiration: $20++ per person ($26.41)

Runway Events will be dedicated to working with
