The Bell Tower Room is full of light and located on the 2nd story. It has
bi-folding French doors that open the space up to our Spanish style fireplace and
rustic, wooden bar. Perfect for an intimate party of up to 24 people or ideal for a
bonus space to add on to your larger party.

The Lakeview Room boasts a long balcony overlooking our
Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course. With views of the rolling hills of
Saddleback Valley it’s the best view from the Clubhouse.
The quaint private event space has a show-stopping wooden plank ceiling.
This space is idyllic for a family style table of 20.
MEMBER DINING ROOM

Ascend up to the second story of the hacienda-like clubhouse using our wrought iron staircase. Welcomed by our Spanish style
fireplace with comfortable furniture surrounding, our Member Dining Room has a massive, built in rustic bar; vaulted, beamed
ceiling and panoramic views. Your guests will feel on top of the world as they walk out to our two balconies overlooking the rolling
greens of our private golf course and the majestic mountains of the Saddleback Valley. You won’t find a better space in Orange
County. Our large Member Dining Room can be split into two rooms to accommodate parties of less people,
both having access to private balconies.

GENERAL INFORMATION
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Aliso Viejo Country Club must provide all food & beverage. No outside food and beverages are allowed.
Due to health regulations, perishable leftovers may not be removed from the property.
MENUS Our menus are designed to offer you a selection of quality items, however if you prefer to offer your guests
something outside of the printed menus, our Executive Chef, Philip Carter is more than willing to customize
a menu to your specifications.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS All events are required to meet a food and beverage minimum. A food and beverage minimum is the
amount a host must spend in food or beverage in order to secure a private space at the Club before
service charge and sales tax. If the minimum is not met, the difference may be charged as a minimum fee.
GUARANTEES Your guaranteed number of guests is due to the Private Event department seven (7) business days prior to
the event. In the event the Club does not receive a guarantee, the number of guests previously indicated
on your signed contract will serve as the guarantee. Actual charges will depend on the guaranteed
number or actual attendance at the event, whichever is greater. If the number in attendance exceeds your
guarantee given, the Club may prepare additional meals, if possible, and the host will be charged a higher
rate for each additional guest; the same meal cannot always be promised should your attendance be
greater than your guarantee.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT SCHEDULE When scheduling an event, a signed contract and minimum deposit is required to secure your date. A
subsequent deposit of your estimated remaining balance may be required 60 days prior to your event. All
event charges must be paid in full 7 business days prior to the event, when your final guarantees are due.
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are payable by credit card, check or cash. Please note a credit
card is required to be kept on file for incidentals.
HOLIDAY DECORATIONS The Club is beautifully decorated with Holiday decorations from November 24
th – December 28
th. As you
enter the lobby you will be greeted with an 18 ft. festive tree, a perfect spot for holiday photos. Each
private event space is adorned with lighted garland and an ornately decorated evergreen tree on wheels to
help maximize your space layout.
SERVICE CHARGE & SALES TAX All food and beverage is subject to a Club service charge at a rate of 21%. The host is also responsible for
the payment of sales tax at a rate of 7.75%.
L IAB IL ITY Aliso Viejo Country Club is not responsible for damage or lass of any merchandise, articles or valuables of
the host or of the host’s guests or contractors, prior to, during or subsequent to any function. Host is
responsible for any damages done to facilities during the period of time the facilities are subject to the
host’s use or the use of any independent contractor hired by the host or the host’s agent. A damage
deposit may be required and a cleaning fee may be assessed if extensive cleaning is required in the Club
or in any part of the building or its grounds.
