    you have not been supporting her and your children with her.

    Despite repeated demands by her, you stubbornly refused to fulfill your obligation to

    adequately support her and your children in the necessary amount of at least P35,000.00monthly. Instead, you sent her obscene text messages on January 5, 2003 and falsely

    accused her of having a boyfriend named Steve.

    The basis for this alimony ofP35,000.00 is broken down as follows:

    Mr. Lopez, we have sufficient evidence to put you to jail for BIGAMY,

    FALSIFICATON OF PUBLIC DOCUMENTS and CONCUBINAGE.

    You have a subsisting prior marriage to Grace Garcia Bagaybagayan on 7 November

    1986 in Quezon City when you got married to Ms. Macero on 7 July 1995 at Cainta,Rizal. Ms. Macero discovered that you did not have the marriage recorded with the Civil

    Register when she sought a certification for employment. That is why you acceded to

    execute an affidavit of delayed registration of this Cainta marriage.

    As INFORMANT, you likewise falsified the Birth Certificates of your children AIESHA

    DANIELLE and ALLANA DOMINIQUE by filling up your date and place of marriageas July 22, 1992 in San Quintin, Pangasinan. You likewise fabricated this fake marriage

    so that your children will bear your family name.

    While your marriage with Ms. Macero subsists by virtue of the Cainta marriage, you stillmaintained an illicit relationship with one Joanna Madrigal of #514 Aliw St., Plainview

    Subd., Mandaluyong City, and has sired a boy with her.

    For and in behalf of Ms. Donna T. Macero, FINAL DEMAND is hereby

    made to you within five (5) days from your receipt hereof --- to pay to Ms.

    Donna T. Macero directly or through our Quezon City Law Office your

    ALIMONY or SUPPORT at the minimum monthly rate of P35,000.00,along with yourWRITTEN COMMITMENT to pay future support in the

    same minimal amount within the first ten (10) days of every succeeding

    month.

    Obviously, your failure to comply with the foregoing demand will constrain us to proceed

    with the legal action of ALIMONY in espousal of the case of Ms. DONNA ROWENA T.

    MACERO, further seeking that you may be adjudged to pay damages and attorneys feesalong with the judgment of the foregoing.

    Worst, we shall seek your imprisonment for the criminal offenses of BIGAMY,FALSIFICATION OF PUBLIC DOCUMENTS and CONCUBINAGE. As a matter of

    fact, all these complaints are ready for filing.

    And, if you will not give the monetary support, we might as well seek your dismissal

    from your work and your church for GRAVE MISCONDUCT and IMMORALITY.
