Specifications for a Clothing Innov
Description
Materials
These innovative tights feature flaps on each hip that give volume to whatever isworn over them, (skirt, dress etc.) The shorts are made out of satin materialwhile the flaps are made out of a variety of pleated fabric such as tulle. Thetights are attached to the shorts with garter clips and feature buttons and bowson the spandex to add a cutesy touch.
