This approach aims at developing new strategies to codify and represent the delicate and fragile situations in which computation should enter the life of complexsocio-technical systems. The operative tools by which aesthetics can emerge and can be designed for are described by the soft approach: the analysis and inspiration

through the soft qualities of interaction, the elicitation of the soft requirements and the creation of a soft prototype.
