OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY
The objective of my project report is to analyse the market of AIRTEL MONEY service and its effect on existing mobile users.
To analyze the satisfaction level of customers towards Airtel MONEY service.
Understanding the problems faced by the customers and suggesting measures that can solve those problems.
DATA SOURCE
Data is collected from both primary source i.e questionnaire and also from secondary source.
Primary Source :A. The primary source of data collected is
through questionnaire. B. Sample size: 100 Secondary Data: The secondary source includes online site,
templates from AIRTEL distributions centres and AIRTEL Customers Care.
RESEARCH PROCESS The research process includes the following
steps:- 1. Formulating the research problem. 2. Choosing the research design. 3. Determining the information needs. 4. Designing the data collection forms. 5. Determining sample design and sample
size. 6. Organizing and conducting the field
survey. 7.Analyzing and interpreting the collected
data. 8. Preparing the research report.

CONCLUSIONS After analysis and interpretation of result
obtained I studied overall consumer trends in Airtel Telecommunication Ltd. like
(1) How people react to its services and schemes.
(2) How company attract its customer by adopting effective strategies.
In the last the conclusion is drawn through this research that being the biggest and oldest network of mobile telecommunication having good quality of service.
