March 20 - 24, 2018 RIVIERA MAYA, MEXICO TRIP DETAILS AIRFARE: • Vantel Pearls will provide each trip achiever with a $500 travel stipend to book airfare*. (*stipend will be given after the trip) • If the trip achiever earns a trip for 2 and chooses to take a guest, both the achiever and guest receive $500 each as a travel stipend. • If the trip achiever earns the trip for 2 and chooses not to bring a guest, one $500 travel stipend will be awarded. TRANSFERS: • Transportation to and from your home airport is at your expense. • Includes airport shuttle bus transportation for those arriving/departing on group travel dates (March 20-24, 2018) at airport and hotel. Arrivals/Departures outside of these dates is the responsibility of the trip achiever. ACCOMMODATIONS: • The Incentive Trip is based on double occupancy. If you earn a Trip for 1, you may choose your roommate or we will select one for you. • If you earn a Trip for 1, you have the option to buy-in for one guest at a cost of $1,200. Airfare is the responsibility of the guest as no stipend is provided for guest buy-in. MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS: • Gifts given to trip achievers on the trip are presented to those in attendance only. • Consultants may invite another Consultant as a guest on the trip only if that Consultant is a family member. No children under the age of 16 will be allowed on the trip. • An IRS Form 1099 will be distributed for the value of the trip to all Consultants who attend. It will be mailed by January 31, 2019. • Vantel Pearls requests that Consultants not arrive prior to March 20, 2018. If trip achievers wish to extend their stay past March 24, 2018, it is the responsibility of the Consultant to make arrangements. • Only Consultants in good standing at the time of the trip may attend the trip or receive any alternate award offered. TRIP DISCLAIMERS • Vantel Pearls reserves the right to change and/or adjust the rules and destination as needed at any time. • Vantel Pearls reserves the right to monitor returns made on personal sales. Any returns that affect the total qualifications of the trip could result in the Consultant not achieving the qualifications necessary to earn the trip. • In case of any disputes, Vantel Pearls has the final authority over the outcome of the dispute and the interpretation of the rules. • Vantel Pearls may use the Consultants’ name, photograph, voice and/or likeness without prior notice or compensation for promotional purposes.
