From the Vantel Pearls website, log into the Demonstrator pages.

Once you are logged in, Enter Ollienet.

Select “Create Booking” from the Orders sub-menu.

Choose your Hostess and enter the party information.The “Comment” box is an opportunity to add your own content to the invitations. When complete, choose “Save and Send Invites.”

Select the template set you would like to use. These are continually updated, so look through them each time to see which you prefer.

Note: If an invitee responds that she can’t attend, an email is sent with a link to shop online. Any orders placed are automati-cally added to the Party and you receive an email notice about the purchase. Be sure to follow up with those who can’t be there to get the maximum benefit of outside orders.

Enter the names and email addresses of your invitees. You may copy and paste in multiple names simultaneously if you have a large list.When you are finished, click “Add Invitees and Send Invites.” You can always add more later.

The eVite system will track who has responded, and what their response is, in the charts above.As the Party nears, you can select those who have not yet responded and click “Send Reminders” to send those invitees a follow-up email.
