Amazing People,Breathtaking Scenery,Completely New ExperiencesTalk about a new way to relate the ABCs to school! During my time in the TRU Adventure program I have done things I had only imagined doing, been places that literally take my breath away and met people who I know I will be friends with for the rest of my life.6A= Amazing PeopleB= Breathtaking SceneryC= Completely New ExperiencesThis part of the show has no music becuase this is my personal narritive section where I would be talking.

Ever since I was little I have wanted to be able to do an Eskimo roll in a kayak. My dad tried to teach me several times but it always seemed impossible and eventually I gave up thinking that I would ever accomplish it. When I found out that we had to be able to roll for Kayak 1 (a mandatory first year class) I signed up for pool sessions hoping I would finally be able to master it. Well with the help of Angela, our instructor and all my class mates I managed to not only get a roll down on both my on side and my offside but mastered rolling without the aid of a paddle. The feeling of finally accomplishing this was amazing!7Wait 6 secs for movie to start

Every time we travel somewhere different to undertake some new adventure I am awed by the beauty of the places. I feel like a paparazzo because I take so many pictures but I just cant believe that these places are my classroom and that this is school.8I added this so I would have a sound effect but we both know this snow didnt sound like that!

When I first came to the program it was my first time living more than 20 minutes away from my family and I wasnt sure how I would cope. It very quickly became evident however that I had nothing to be worried about since everyone in the program became good friends so quickly that it was like we had known each other forever. Even when we werent on trips we still hung out almost everyday and became our own sort of family.9

Another great thing about the course is the structure. In the Adventure Program students spend 60% of their time in the field and 40% in a classroom setting.10Well here's my use of a formating tool to draw attention
