** because time is relative, the idea of "near" can be different for different people.
Ex: He's meeting a friend later.

** only certain verbs can be used this way

Future Progressive:
form: will + be + verb + ing be + going to + be + verb + ing
used to talk about actions that will be in progress at a certain time in the future.
Ex: At 12:00 PM on Friday, I will be eating lunch.

Future Perfect Future Perfect Progressive
used to talk about a future action that will occur before another future action.
used to talk about an future action that will be in progress before another future action
Ex: By the time I graduate from Kaplan, I will have already taken the TOEFL exam.
form: will + have + past participle
I will take the TOEFL.
I will graduate from Kaplan.
future perfect
form: will + have + been + verb + ing
Ex: By November 2015, I will have been working at Kaplan for four years.

Time Clauses!
When using time clauses to express future time, you must use the simple present or present progressive. The future tense can only be used in the main clause.
Time clauses: when; while; before; after; during; as soon as; until...
Ex: When I visit my sister, I will bring my cats.
