RECTOR OF SULTAN AGUNG ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY:
Considering that:
a. to provide convenience and clarity and services for prospective new students who
register at UNISSULA, it is necessary to prepare regulations for prospective New
Students of Sultan Agung Islamic University (UNISSULA) in the Academic Year of
2019/2020;
b. in order to smooth the implementation of these activities, it is necessary to publish a
Guidebook as a Rule on Admission of Sultan Agung Islamic University (UNISSULA)
in the Academic Year of 2019/2020;
c. for the purposes referred to in items (a) and (b) above, it is necessary to issue a Rector
Decree of UNISSULA.
Regarding:
a. Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System;
b. Law Number:12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education;
c. Government Regulation Number 4 of 2014 concerning Implementation of Education
and Management of Higher Education;
d. YBW-SA Articles of Association, Notary Act Number: 1 of 2014;
e. UNISSULA Statute of 2011;
f. Recommendation of the Rector of UNISSULA for the Period of 2018-2022;
g. UNISSULA Strategic Plan of 2014-2020.
TO STIPULATE:
DECIDE:
1. First: Imposing Admission Guide for New Students as Regulations on Admissions of
Sultan Agung Islamic University in the Academic Year of 2019/2020;
2. Second: All regulations that contradict the Rector Decree are declared null and void;
3. Third: This decree shall take effect as from November 1, 2018, until September 30,
2019, and if it turns out that in the future there are mistakes or errors in this
determination, changes/improvements will be made accordingly.

Alhamdulillah, praise and gratitude are always dedicated to Allah SWT for the abundance of
His grace and blessings. In the Academic Year of 2019/2020, Sultan Agung Islamic
University (UNISSULA) opens registration of new students for 11 Faculties and 40 Study
Programs at the Diploma (D3), Bachelor (S1), Masters (S2) and Doctor (S3) levels.

I. UNISSULA PROFILE
I.1 A BRIEF HISTORY OF UNISSULA
Sultan Agung Islamic University (UNISSULA), was established on May 20, 1962 AD (16
Dzulhijjah 1381H) by the Sultan Agung Waqf Board Foundation (YBW-SA). This
foundation was established in Semarang since July 31, 1950 (16 Shawwal 1369 H). It was
engaged in education, health, social and other charitable activities. YBWSA, besides being
an organizing body of UNISSULA, also organizes education and other institutions,
namely: PAUD (early childhood education school), Kindergarten, Elementary School,
Junior High School, Senior High School, Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital, Sultan Agung
Community Fund Development Institute, Sultan Agung Business Development Institute
and other social institutions.
At the beginning of the establishment of UNISSULA, the Faculty which was opened was
the Faculty of Islamic Religion (in further development it became the Shariah Faculty),
faculty of Economics and Faculty of Science and Natural Sciences. In the next academic
year, the Faculty of Law and Public Knowledge (later it became the faculty of Law), the
Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Engineering were opened.
In 1985, the Tarbiyah Faculty was opened which in its subsequent development in 1998
was merged with the Sharia Faculty, becoming the Faculty of Islamic Religion. The
faculty of Industrial Technology was opened in 1993. The Faculty of Psychology was
opened in 1999. At the beginning of 2000, the Master of Civil Engineering was opened,
then followed by Masters of Law (2001), Master of Management (2001), the Faculty of
Nursing and Literature and Language (in 2007), the Faculty of Communication, Dentistry
and Master of Electrical Engineering (in 2008), the Master of Islamic Education,
Pharmacy Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (in 2011), Master of
Notary (in 2012), Doctor of Legal Sciences ( in 2012) and the Masters of Biomedicine (in
2013), Doctoral Study Program of Civil Engineering (in 2015) and Doctor of Economics
(in 2017).
UNISSULA has 11 Faculties consisting of 40 Study Programs covering Diploma (D3),
Bachelor (S1), Masters (S2) and Doctoral degrees (S3) on campus land area of 40 hectares
located on Jalan Raya Kaligawe Km.4 Semarang Central Java.
UNISSULA starting from March 27, 2019, succeeded in gaining recognition from BAN-
PT as an A accredited higher education institution, which will be valid for the next 5 years
on March 27, 2024, based on BAN-PT Decree Number 145 / SK / BAN-PT / Akred / PT /
III / 2019. Until now there are only 92 universities accredited A in Indonesia. UNISSULA
entered 14 Higher Education that was accredited A out of 445 State and Private
Universities and 7 from Private Universities accredited A in the scope of LLDIKTI Region

I.2 VISION, MISSION, AND PURPOSE OF UNISSULA
I.2.1. VISION
As a leading Islamic University in raising khaira ummah generation, developing
science and technology based on Islamic values and building Islamic civilization
towards a prosperous society blessed by Allah SWT in the framework of rahmatan lil
'alamin.
I.2.2. MISSION
Carrying out Islamic higher education in the context of Islamic propaganda oriented
to universal quality and equality by:
a. Reconstructing and developing science and technology based on Islamic values.
b. Educating and developing Islamic human resources in all levels of education in
various fields of science in order to raise khaira ummah generations and cadres of
ulama tafaqquh fiddin by prioritizing moral glory, with the quality of scholarship
and the highest standard of expertise, ready to carry out the task of leadership of
ummah and propaganda.
c. Developing community service in building Islamic civilization towards a
prosperous society blessed by Allah SWT in the framework of rahmatan lil
'alamin.
d. Developing ideas and activities to be dynamically always ready to make
institutional improvements in accordance with the results of reconstruction and
development of science and technology and community development.
I.2.3. PURPOSES
a. The implementation of the process of reconstruction and development of Islamic
values based science and technology on in a consistent and sustainable manner, in
line with the development of community needs towards a prosperous society
blessed by Allah SWT.
b. The formation of devout Muslim worshipers and tafaqquh fiddin, with scholarship
and expertise of the highest quality in universal equality, mastering the basic
values of Islam and Islam for scientific disciplines, being istiqamah in carrying
out educational tasks, scientific work and carrying out the tasks of leadership and
supreme propaganda.
c. The Implementation of higher education in various fields of science and
technology needed by the community at the level of Islamic scholars, masters,
specialists and doctors and other higher education activities that are in line with
the needs towards a prosperous society blessed by Allah SWT.
d. Generating a khaira ummah generation and ulama tafaqquh fiddin graduates of
higher education strata in various fields of science, having a noble character,
mastering science and technology with the highest standards, mastering English
and/or Arabic and information technology, and ready to carry out leadership and
missionary tasks.
e. The realization of the participation and active role of UNISSULA in building
community welfare and the development of Islamic civilization, through
intensive, quality and relevant studies and research, towards a prosperous society
blessed by Allah SWT.
f. Intensive implementation of silaturrahim with centers of science and technology
development and Islamic culture, Islamic Studies and Islamic Centers throughout
the world.
g. The implementation of the process of self-evaluation and quality assurance on a
regular and ongoing basis.
h. The implementation of a consistent process of institutional improvement in line
with the results of the reconstruction of science and science and technology
development, self-evaluation and the dynamics of community development.

1. DPI is charged once during being a student in a Study Program at UNISSULA.
2. Payment of DPI can be paid in installments for 1 year, provided that 50% payment is paid
in the first semester and 50% is paid in the second semester, with the following details:
a) 25% of DPI is paid at the beginning of the first semester (registration)
b) 25% of DPI is paid in the middle of the first semester (before the midterm)
c) 25% of DPI is paid at the beginning of the second semester (registration)
d) 25% of DPI is paid in the middle of the second semester (before the midterm)

can be done at Regional and Private Public Hospitals (health tests
include drug tests and color blind tests)

Alumni of Sultan Agung Islamic High School graduates can directly register and are not
subject to admission fees, according to the Rector’s Decree number: 129 / D3 / SA / III /
2012 concerning FREE ADMISSION FEE AND FREE TEST FOR GRADUATES OF
ISLAMIC SULTAN AGUNG IN ADMISSION FOR NEW STUDENTS IN NON-
HEALTH PROGRAMS.
Prospective students are applicants who have passed the selection and health tests.
III.6. Tuition Fee for each semester
1. Single Tuition Fee (UKT) payment for the first semester is paid at 100% at the time
of admission of new students.
2. UKT payments for semester II and so on are divided into 3 (three) phases, with the
following details:
a. Phase I payment of 40% from UKT, at the beginning of the semester (registration)
b. Phase II payment of 40% from UKT, in the middle of the semester (before the
test)
c. Phase III payment of 20% from UKT, at the end of the semester (before the test)
3. Students who have not been able to complete their studies in the normal semester and
they still take the normal course are subject to a 75% of UKT in accordance with the
respective study programs. For the General Medical Study Program and Dentistry
Study Program, a 50% education fee is required from the UKT;
4. Students who are doing the thesis and munaqosah/ final stage examinations are
subject to an education fee of 50% of UKT in accordance with their respective study
programs;
5. Students who are just waiting for the munaqosah / final exam are subject an education
fee of 25% of the UKT according to their respective study programs;
6. For students taking study leave, it is regulated in the UNISSULA Rector Decree
number: 1103/D.3/SA / II / 2018, regarding Education Leave Costs for Sultan Agung
Islamic University (UNISSULA) Students in the Academic Year of 2018/2019;
7. Payment of tuition fee can be done by the method of a host to host through
Bank Jateng Syari'ah or BNI Syari'ah or;
8. Payment using the Virtual Account (VA) method can be done via bank transfer (with
the Prima logo or ATM Bersama).

III.8. UNISSULA Scholarships
III.8.1 Scholarships for the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry
a. Student Achievement Track Scholarship
Scholarships are given to new students with the Student Achievement Track
(PSB) in the form of 50% relief from Institutional Development Funds (DPI)
Phase 1.
b. Hafidz Al Qur'an Scholarship
1. Hafidz 30 Juz
Exemption from Institutional Development Funds (DPI) and Single
Tuition Fee (UKT) is given to new students;
2. Hafidz Al Qur'an at least 26 to 29 Juz
Exemption from Institutional Development Funds (DPI) and a discount of
80% of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) are given to new students for the
Pharmacy and Midwifery Program. The Hafidz Al- Qur'an scholarship
quota is determined by each Faculty;
3. Hafidz Al Qur'an at least 21 to 25 Juz
Exemption from Institutional Development Funds (DPI) and a 65%
discount from Single Tuition Fee (UKT) are given to new students for the
Pharmacy and Midwifery Program. The Hafidz Al-Qur'an scholarship
quota is determined by each Faculty;
4. Hafidz Al Qur'an at least 16 to 20 Juz
Exemption from Institutional Development Funds (DPI) and a discount of
50% of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) are given to new students for the
Pharmacy and Midwifery Program. The Hafidz Al- Qur'an scholarship

a. Student Achievement Track (PSB) Scholarship
Scholarships are given to new students with the Student Achievement Track
(PSB) in the form of 50% relief from Institutional Development Funds (DPI)
Phase 1.
b. Cemerlang UNISSULA Scholarship
Scholarships are given to prospective students who have an average grade of
report cards of the 12th Graders of semester 5 and 6 of at least 85, and/or have
achievements in the field of science, sports or arts at the National level as
Champion or Runner-up. For the Provincial level, the champion gets a 50%
relief of DPI costs. Whereas at the International level, the 1st to 3rd Winner is
free of DPI fees.
c. Hafidz Al Qur'an Scholarship

Exemption from Institutional Development Funds (DPI) and a discount
of 50% of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) are given to new students for all
study programs. The Hafidz Al- Qur'an scholarship quota is determined

Scholarships are given to new students becoming a member of Islamic
Boarding School students in the form of a relief of 30% of the DPI fee for all
study programs, by attaching a certificate from the Boarding School
Caretakers.
III.8.4 UNISSULA Scholarships for Unissula’s Alumni Children
Scholarships are given to new students who come from UNISSULA
alumni's sons and daughters, in the form of a 30% relief from the DPI fee
for all study programs, by attaching a legalized copy of the Parent's
Diploma.
III.8.5 Sultan Agung Islamic High School Alumni Scholarship
Given to new students who come from Sultan Agung Islamic High School
Alumni / Graduates in the form of 50% DPI relief, in accordance with
YBWSA Decree No .: 033 / SK / YBWSA / IV / 2007;
III.8.6 UNISSULA Honors Scholarship
These scholarships are given to:
a. New students of the Faculty of Law (FH) from a regular program for children
of law enforcement (judges, prosecutors, Indonesian National Armed Forces,
police, and advocates) are given a relief of 25% of the cost of DPI, by
attaching evidence of KTA (member card) and a certificate from the relevant
institutions;
b. New students of the Faculty of Islamic Studies (FAI) from a regular program
for children of Kyai are given a relief of 25% of the DPI fee, by attaching a
statement from the Institution/boarding school;
c. New students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) and
the Faculty of Languages and Communication Studies (FBIK) regular
program for children of teachers are given a relief of 25% of the DPI fee, by
attaching a statement from the Institution/school;
d. New students of the Faculty of Nursing from a regular program for children of
nurses are given a 25% relief from the DPI fee, attaching a certificate from the
relevant institution;
e. New students from Midwifery Program of the regular program for children of
midwife and non-permanent midwifery lecturers are given a 25% relief from
the DPI fee by attaching a Midwife Certificate;
f. New students on the regular program for the children of farmers, factory
workers, and fishermen are given a relief of 25% of the DPI fee for all study
programs, by attaching a certificate from the District Office.
g. New students of the regular program for Duafa/ underprivileged children are
given a 25% relief from the DPI fee for all study programs, by attaching a
certificate of poverty from the sub-district office.

IV. ADMISSION AND TEST SELECTION TEST
IV.1. Admission Provisions
IV.1.1. General Provisions:
a. Register online at the pmb.unissula.ac.id.
b. Pay the admission fee of Rp 250,000. Specifically for Medical Doctor
and Dentistry, the admission fee is Rp 1,000,000. The payment can be
made through all branches of Bank Jateng Syari'ah or BNI
Syari'ah by mentioning the admission number.
c. Come to UNISSULA to do the One Day Service test.
d. Bring Personal Identity Card (KTP / Family Card)
e. Bring Photocopy of Report Card that has been legalized or legalized
diploma (for those who have graduated)
f. Specifically for Medical Doctor, Dentistry, and Pharmacy programs, the
implementation of the CBT Examination is in a predetermined schedule.
IV.1.2. Special Provisions:
a. Prospective students of Medical Doctor, Pharmacy, Midwifery, and
Dentistry must come from high school/ Islamic high school (not vocational
school) graduates and major in natural sciences is a maximum of 2017
graduation.
b. Prospective students of Civil Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning
Engineering, Electrical and Informatics Engineering must come from high
school/ Islamic high school and vocational school graduates who are allied/
at the same level.
c. Prospective students are required not to be color blind and do not have
physical disabilities for the following study programs:

IV.2. Admission Schedule
IV.2.1. Student Achievement Track (PSB):
PSB is a New Student Admission Program through students’ achievement, giving an
opportunity to high school/ Islamic high school/ vocational high school grade XII
students or equivalent that possess good achievement in academics, scientific work,
art, sports, and hafidz to take education in UNISSULA without going through
exams/test.
a. PSB Administrative Requirements as follows:
1) Requirements for the Faculty of Engineering, Law, Economics, Islamic
Studies, Industrial Technology, Psychology, Nursing, Languages and
Communication Studies, Teacher Training and Education:
(a) Academic achievements:
(1) Prospective students are listed as high school/ Islamic high school/
vocational high school/ Islamic vocational high school class XII
students in the 2018/2019 academic year.
(2) The minimum average grade of report cards for class X semester 2,
class XI semester 3 and 4 is 75.
(b) Achievements in the field of scientific/ arts/ sports are proven by attaching
a photocopy of the certificates award for a minimum of third place in the
scientific/ arts/ sports competition, at least the regency/ city level which is
legalized.
2) Requirements for Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Dentistry:
(a) Academic achievements:
(1) Prospective students are listed as high school/ Islamic high school
grade XII students in the 2018/2019 academic year.
(2) The average score of report cards is at least 85 for Faculty of Medicine
and Faculty of Dentistry from the components of Physics, Chemistry,
Biology, and English. Starting report cards are for class X semester 2,
XI semester 3 and 4, class XII semester 5.
(3) Accredited “A” School (by attaching a copy of the Accreditation
Decree).
(4) Natural Sciences Study Program.

IV.2.2. Regular Selection
Regular Selection is the Admission of New Students through selection with
the Computer Based Test (CBT) system and is carried out with the One Day
Service method (services in one day, including admission, selection tests using CBT,
and announcements, and can register on the same day)

IV.2.3. New Student Admission for Cooperation Program (PMBK)
It is a new student admission program in partnership with schools, Islamic
boarding schools, and tutoring. Applicants can register at the same time the CBT
exam with UNISSULA partners who are closer to their domicile. CBT outside
the UNISSULA Campus is not open for Medical Doctor, Dentistry, and
Pharmacy. A list of school partners, Islamic boarding schools, and tutoring can
be seen in the appendix to the Student Admission Handbook
IV.2.4. New Student Admissions for Foreign Students
Acceptance of foreign students is regulated separately in the Admissions Manual
for Foreign Students.
IV.3. Admission Process
IV.3.1. Online
a. Prospective students fill out the on-line admission form from (website:
http://www.pmb.unissula.ac.id).
b. Print out a proof of admission.
c. Make a payment of the admission fee at the Bank Jateng Syari'ah / BNI Syari'ah
by showing proof (print out) of admission number.
d. Prospective students submit proof of deposit payment from the Bank to the
Admission Officer at the UNISSULA Student Admission Building.
e. Prospective students record fingerprints.
f. Prospective students, after receiving the examination card, subsequently conduct
the CBT examination in the examination room.
g. Prospective students, after taking the examination, will be able to find out the
results of the examination.
h. Participants choose the desired study program on the choice of study programs
that appear in accordance with the value of the examination results obtained.
i. If the participant does not choose the study program, the participant cannot
proceed to the next process.
j. Participants can retest if they do not choose the study program.
IV.3.2. Off-Line / Go Directly to UNISSULA
a. Prospective students come directly to UNISSULA to the Admissions
Department.
b. The officer will do the admission of prospective new students online.
c. The officer will print out the proof of admission.
d. Prospective students pay the admission fee at the Bank Jateng Syari'ah/ BNI
Syari'ah by showing proof (print out) of the admission number.
e. Prospective students record a fingerprint.
f. Prospective students, after receiving the examination card, subsequently

Medicine (In front of the Faculty of Islamic Studies) with the specified test
schedule.
V. IMPLEMENTATION OF SELECTION TEST
Prospective students who have registered will be guided the officer to enter the
exam room.
V.1 Rules of Examination
1. Participants must pay attention to the neat dress code and DO NOT wear jeans, T-
shirts or sandals.
2. Participants are prohibited from bringing their personal belongings to their seats/
workstations, all personal belongings are stored in designated custodians.
3. Participants are prohibited from carrying the following equipment:
a. Electronic equipment:
1) Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs).
2) Calculator.
3) Digital watch, computer or electronic equipment that has a storage/
recording device.
4) Pager.
5) Cellphone.
6) Radio.
b. Reference books, notes, or papers.
c. Bag /suitcase, jacket, or hat.
d. Foods and beverages, except for personal medicines such as Inhalers.
If the participant carries the equipment above, all the equipment must be
stored in a bag that is left off for electronic equipment. All risks arising from
loss or damage to personal belongings are the responsibility of each
participant.
4. During the exam, participants are prohibited from:
a. asking questions to anyone;
b. collaborating with other participants;
c. giving or receiving assistance in answering questions;
d. showing their own work to other participants or see the work of other
participants;
e. replacing or being replaced by someone else.
V.2 General Instructions
1. Prospective students enter the CBT Test Room and do fingerprints check.
2. Prospective students are only permitted to bring a test card.
3. Prospective students occupy computers that are already available in the CBT room
which will be guided by officers.
4. Read carefully the directions in the instructions.
5. Check before you take the exam, the number of questions is 50 on a computer
monitor and must be finished within 60 minutes.
6. Answer questions that you think are easy, then proceed with answering more
difficult questions so that all the questions are answered.
7. Select your answer on the answer choices provided on the monitor by clicking on
the answer that you think is correct.
8. For scribble purposes, please use the paper provided by the officers.
9. During the exam, you are not allowed to ask questions or ask for explanations
about the questions being tested to anyone, including the exam supervisor.
10. Fill in all the answers before you click the submit button, if already clicked then
your test is considered complete and has been saved.
11. Wait a few moments, the questions will be displayed one by one.
12. Choose (click) one of the answers that is considered correct, if something goes
wrong correct by selecting (clicking) another answer that is considered correct
or click "Cancel Answer" if in doubt.
13. Click the "Next" button to display the next question, click the "Previous" button to
return to the previous question.
14. Click the "Send Answer" button to complete the exam.
15. Time will run out automatically if you work on the questions beyond the time
limit for the test, the program will close automatically and the exam is considered
finished.
16. That’s all the instructions to the exam and we hope you succeed.
V.3 Test Schedule
The test is carried out with the One Day Service system, in which the registration,
the CBT exam, and the announcement of test results will be conducted on the same
day.
Every weekdays (Monday - Friday) 08.00 - 15.00 WIB and weekend
(Saturday) 8:00 - 12:00 WIB
Special examination for Medical Doctor, Pharmacy, and Dentistry Program is
held every Monday (the specified time) and is divided into 3 sessions as follows:
Session I Time 08.00-09.30 WIB
Session II Time 10:00-11:30 WIB
Session III Time 13:00-14.30 WIB
each session has a capacity of 100 prospective students and the exam schedule is as
stated on the exam card.
V.4 Penalty
Any violation of the student admission terms and condition will result in not being
included in the selection process for new student admissions.
V.5. Test Selection Subject
Test subjects include:
1. General Basic Ability Test (Islamic religion, Nationality Insights (PPKn), Bahasa
Indonesia, and English).
2. Scientific and Technological (SAINTEK) Ability Test (Mathematics, Chemistry,
Physics, and Biology).
3. Social and Humanities (SOSHUM) Ability Tests (Economics, Sociology,
Anthropology, Geography, and History).
4. Verbal, Numerical, and Figural Academic Potential Test.
V.6 Medical check-up
Prospective students who have passed the CBT test will continue to take the health
test at the Government General Hospital or Private Hospital, by conducting a
medical test, including:
1. Physical/ Health Test
2. Color Blind Test, and
3. Drug free test.
VI. REGISTRATION AND TA'ARUF (ORIENTATION PROGRAM)
VI.1. Registration
It is a sequence of administrative procedures that must be undertaken by every new
student candidate who has been declared to have passed the CBT selection test/
CBT test.
VI.1.1. General Requirements
a. Having passed the health test by showing evidence from the hospital.
b. Having passed the Registration File Verification (original),
c. Making a payment at a designated bank (Bank Jateng Syari'ah/ BNI
Syari'ah) with a nominal amount in accordance with the details on the letter
of acceptance to the student admission bank account.
d. Not exceeding the registration deadline specified in the letter of acceptance.
e. If a prospective student does not register in accordance with the above
provisions, it is declared resigned.
VI.1.2. Special Requirements
a. Prospective students are required to come during registration (may not be
represented)
b. Prospective students of Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Dentistry who
have registered are required to take the Psychology test on 31 August 2019
at 07.00 WIB.
c. For prospective students of Diploma III of Nursing and Bachelor of
Midwifery who have registered are required to take the Indonesian Mental
Health Test (TKMI) the schedule will be determined at a later date.
VI.1.3. Registration
It is a sequence of administrative procedures that must be undertaken by each
prospective student who will re-register, while the procedures for registration
are as follows:
a. Paying tuition fees to Bank Jateng Syari'ah/ BNI Syari'ah in accordance
with the details stated on the letter of acceptance.
b. After making a payment, prospective students get proof of payment slips
from the bank which will be used for registration verification
requirements.
c. Prospective students carry out On-Line
registration in http://pmb.unissula.ac.id , by logging in using the
account that has been determined and upload the registration requirements
files, including scanning the original (not a photocopy) of:
1. KTP / Certificate of Replacement for KTP
2. Family card
3. Proof of Health Tests
4. Certificates and transcripts or reports for those who are not certified
yet.
5. Recent photos with a maximum size of 5 mb (wearing a school
uniform)
d. Prospective students fill out the registration form and print the following
documents:
1. Proof of online registration.
2. Statement of DPI's capability.
3. Proof of retrieval of almamater Suit.
e. After completing the On-Line registration , prospective students
immediately verify the physical files to the Admission Committee on the
UNISSULA campus every Monday- Friday at 08.30 -15.30 WIB and
Saturday at 08.30-12.00 WIB with:
1. Print out of On-Line registration.
2. Original slip and photocopy of proof of payment from the Bank (1
sheet).
3. Showing original diploma and grades of National Examination (UAN).
4. Showing ID card (KTP / SIM / Student Card).
f. Prospective students fill out a statement obeying the UNISSULA
regulations signed on a stamp of Rp.6,000.
g. Student Card (KTM) photo taking.
VI.1.4. Proof of Registration
After the prospective students verify registration, they will get:
a. Temporary Student Identity Card (KTMS).
b. Almamater suit.
c. Statement of ability to pay DPI.
d. Minutes of hand over.
e. Statement of prospective Students.
VI.2. Details of Tuition Fee
1. The tuition fee for ta'aruf (orientation program), IT, TOEFL Tutorial, and Library
Membership is paid in the first semester at the time of registration (100%)
2. DPI payments can be paid in installments for 1 year, provided that 50% is paid in
the first semester and 50% is paid in the second semester, with the following
details:
a. 25% DPI is paid at the beginning of the first semester (registration)
b. 25% DPI is paid in the middle of the first semester (before the midterms)
c. 25% DPI is paid at the beginning of the second semester (registration)
d. 25% DPI is paid in the middle of the second semester (before midterm)
3. Single Tuition Fee (UKT) payments for the first semester is paid at the time of
registration (100%)
VI.3. Ta'aruf (Orientation) Week
Ta' ruf/ introduction of UNISSULA campus will be done over four (4) days
followed by two (2) days for faculty orientation. Prospective students will be
provided with knowledge about the UNISSULA campus. During ta'aruf, the
students are divided according to groups and each group is chaired by a trustee as
the person responsible.
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TAARUF WEEKS WILL BE HELD IN
SEPTEMBER 1, 2019
VII. SWITCHING PROGRAMS
VII.1. Prospective new students who will switch programs can be processed with the
following requirements:
a. Switching programs are conducted during the new student admission period.
b. Prospective students conduct the on-line re-registration and repeat the registration
process from the beginning if they intend to switch programs.
c. After switching programs, the previous study program was declared null/void.
VII.2. The registered-prospective students who want to switch programs can be
processed with the following requirements:
a. Make online registration via http://pmb.unissula.ac.id .
b. Choosing a new designated study program. The switching must be done during the
new student admission period.
c. Prospective Students re-register online and repeat the registration process from the
beginning.
d. Prospective Students submit their resignation for the study program that has been
registered.
VIII. RESIGNATION
Refundable tuition fee for prospective new students, who have re-registered/
registered and then resigned, can be served with the following conditions:
VIII.1. Terms and procedures:
a. Submit a written application for resignation with Rp. 6,000 stamped,
addressed to the Rector of UNISSULA and signed by the prospective student
and his/her parents/guardians.
b. Attach a copy of proof of payment of registration from the Bank.
c. Attach a copy of the examination card and the letter of acceptance.
d. Submit the documents no later than August 25, 2019. The resignation after
the due date will not be processed.
VIII.2. Registration Refund:
The number of funds returned for prospective new students who resign within
August 25 will be returned by 90% of the funds paid at the time of
registration. Refund procedures:
a. Refund can be taken after going through the process of the fastest 3 (three)
weeks from the day the application is submitted.
b. At the time of withdrawal, it is required to bring proof of payment from
the Bank/ Original Payment Slip.
Any violation of the resignation provisions above will cause the rejection of
resignation submission.
IX. CANCELLATION
For prospective students who have been accepted and have registered, it turns out that in
the future if it is known that they do not meet administrative requirements and/or do not
go through established procedures (cheating/ falsifying identity /cheating or other illegal
acts) then the status as a student/ prospective student will be cancelled. With respect to
the cancellation, all fees paid are not returned.
