1987 – Informal rotational program developed

– Two-Year Fellowship, consisting of 3 8-month rotations

2012 – Expanded program to 6 Fellows per year (previously only 2)

2014 – Additional enhancement … actively recruiting candidates with clinical / nursing graduate degrees
