OUR TARGET PROJECTS

Technical, engineering and financial projects with secure multiple take-outs in the form of bank guarantees, supply bonds, stand by letters of credit (SBLC), income streams and/or other financial collateral structures.

Projects requiring the transfer of financial performance risk to Adex.

Projects requiring expert export logistics of sophisticated equipment and technology, that are not readily accessible to others without sufficient financial or technical knowhow.

• Available in range of:– 11kw to 62kw and 600kw to 2,000 kw

• The former are good for generator sets, pumps, compressors, and off road applications.

• The latter are good for larger generator sets.

Direct market distribution of new generator sets, new diesel engines and spare parts to distributors and large end users throughout Latin America.

Two visits per year per country for sales, training, after-sales support, warranty coverage and financial seminars.

Adex buys, pays and finances all the generator sets exported to their assigned market / region.

All the after-sales support services required (including installations, maintenance, repairs, consignment of spare parts and more) are provided by Adex through the corporate headquarters and its network of 18 regional offices / service shops in its assigned markets / region.

All the export credit and financial considerations, responsibilities, strategy and risks are assumed and carried by Adex.
