The following are answers to questions received:

Q1 Can you please clarify what bonding is required on this Invitation to Tender?

A1 No performance bond, labour and material payment bond or maintenance bond is required under this Invitation to Tender or resulting contract. However, tenders are to be accompanied by the 10% Bid Security, as listed on the Form of Tender (section 4.1.2). The % amount for Bid Security is detailed in Instructions to Tenderers Part II, Section 5 – Tender Requirements of MMCD 2009.

2. REFERENCE: Area 3, Stream Crossing, Rock Drain

The requirements for the Rock Drain in area 3 have been amended. As a result, the following documents have been revised as follows: DELETE: Form of Tender Appendix 1 – Schedule of Quantities REPLACE WITH: Form of Tender Appendix 1 – Schedule of Quantities - Revised in Addendum No.1
