Meet the Ringmaster RN2dIn 1975 we introduced the first Ringmaster an outdoor oil-filled ring main unit (RMU) launched with HRC fuse technology Over the years it evolved to the RN2d an SF6-insulated RMU for medium-voltage networks up to 138 kV

Building on its best-selling predecessors the new Ringmaster RN2d redefines excellence ndash with improvements guided by both customer feedback and advanced modeling

The new RN2d also features

bull Type C bushing which offers ease of cable termination and a wide choice of third party termination systems

bull New VIP400 self-powered microprocessor-based protection relay

bull Earth circuit redesigned for anti-theft

bull Voltage presence indicators functioning from a minimum of 33 kV thanks to its new design with integrated capacitors inside bushings



The Ringmaster RN2d is easy to install and maintain and can be used in a wide range of configurations ndash whether freestanding or transformer mounted More flexible and future-ready the RN2d features
