Quality Assurrance Plan .
• At the beginning of the project, the Contractor has elaborated and established the Quality Asurrance Plan for the whole project.
• The Contractor has monitored the tasks basing on this plan and warned the partners in case of any delay.
• The Quality assurrance plan contained the monthly general tasks of the partnership as well as the specific tasks given to partners. The planned outcomes of each month were also declared in the Plan.
• In case of delay in any of the activities due to a reasonable excuse, the Contractor made the necessary changes in the plan and immediately informed the partners via. e-mail.

Financial Issues
Online Financial System
Due to the faced difficulties during the financial reporting in each 3 months, the Contractor together with its sub-contractor for data acqusition system has decided to create a “online financial system” in the web database.
Accordingly, the partners insert their costs to the related part of the system (divided into the categories based on LdV cost items). The system monitors all the expenditures of the partners individually as well as the total expenditures in each cost item of the whole Project. The evidence documents are sent to the Contractor by post.
The budget amendments of the partners are also inserted and monitored in the system.

• MODULARTE accepted the concept of “general technology” as a theory to reduce every technological process to the processing of matter, energy and information.
• To be consistent with the anticipated multi-aspect approach and for the clarification of the implications and consequences of technology, MODULARTE also defines designing and socio-technology as the core components of the technology teacher training programme.

• We are completely in fovour of the comparability, transferability and transparency by focussing on Bologna Process.
• Thus, one of the main challenges is that; we tried to bring a teacher training programme into the Bologna Process with the almost equal contribution of 7 European countries.

• We have fulfilled our specific aim for “opening up Technology Education systems to a wider part of the world”.
• We also realised our another specific mission; “international cooperation among educational and training establishments on national and European basis” through the contact database systems, questionnaires; face to face contacts by the national corrdinators, study visits and feedback mechanisms.

Further Issues
• After the official end of the project; we will keep the project web-site active with its huge database system and convert it to a “European Forum for Technology and Design Education” (with a new design)
• Open access will given to the certain documents and a share point server will be established for exchanging the documentation among the interested parties.
• New users will be defined from all European countries. • Further projects are intended on establihing e-learning materials
concerning innovative didactic approaches within the concept of the European model frame.
