A skill is the learned ability to carry out pre-determined results often with the minimum outlay of time, energy, or both. In other words the abilities that one possesses. Knowledge Skill is the ability that comes from one’s knowledge. Knowledge includes an in-depth understanding of the skills, tactics and strategies required for effective training, practices and game-day decisions. By understanding a sport this will help improve your skills. Integrity Integrity is the quality of being honest and fair and the state of being complete or whole. A sport that displays integrity can often be recognised as honest and genuine in its dealings, championing good sportsmanship, providing safe, fair and inclusive environments for all involved. It will be also expected to ‘play by the rules’ that are defined by its code. Leadership Leadership understands the ability of communication and team building.
