This year the event’s golf tournament will be held at the Foxtail Golf Club in Rohnert Park, which features two gorgeous courses. The tournament will be held solely at the north course. This recently renovated course features 18 holes of challenging yet enjoyable play that any golfer is sure to love. Tournament attendees are encouraged to visit the club’s south course in their spare time.
Besides the two courses that Foxtail Golf Club has, the club offers the following amenities at additional costs: rental clubs an on-site bar and clubhouse
The golf club is only a minute’s walk away from the hotel!

As the tournament will be held in the heart of California’s wine country, this year’s tournament includes a local winery tour. The cost for the visit and for transportation to and from the winery is included in the tournament fee.
It is also suggested that tournament attendees make the most out of their trip by visiting the 350 wineries in Sonoma Wine Country. This area in California features over 60,000 acres of vineyards and offers some of the country’s most flavourful and distinctive wines. You can be sure that the perfect wine for any palate is just a short distance away from the tournament’s lodgings!
A list of recommended wineries along with a list of local recommended golf courses will also be distributed at the tournament’s registration.

It is recommend that attendees use the Airport Express bus transportation to travel from the San Francisco airport or the Oakland airport directly to the Doubletree Hotel. It is also recommended that golfers and non-golfers alike visit http://www.wineroad.com and click on “ticket to the Wine Road” where one and three day tickets for visits to the local wineries can be purchased. Please note that these tickets can only be purchased online.
This year fees for accommodations throughout the tournament need to be paid separate from the tournament fee to the Doubletree Hotel. As the tournament is being held in prime grape harvest time, it is imperative that anyone wishing to attend book their accommodations by August 11th 2010. The cost of the hotel for two people is 131.00 USD (plus tax) per night and is inclusive of a full daily breakfast.
If you wish to book additional days at the hotel besides the tournament duration of September 10th to 18th, arrangements must be made separately from the tournament accommodations.
The tournament fee for golfers this year is $300 (USD). This cost includes three rounds of golf with GPS-equipped golf carts, driving range access, dinners at the Doubletree Hotel, towel tags, and a local wine tour with transportation.
For those non-golfers who wish to attend the tournament the fee is $130 (USD). This cost includes dinners at the Doubletree Hotel and a local wine tour with transportation.
