Achi Chokyi Drolma Meditation First recite Refuge prayer three times and then recite the four immesurables prayers three times. Out of the emptiness you appear as the red syllable BAM which in one instant transforms and you appear as Yajrayogini. At your heart center is the red syllable BAM from which light radiates to all the Pure Land Dakini Fields. Note no specific colour is mentioned of the light radiating from BAM but you can visualize to be red colour light. At your heart centre a sun disc appears and on it standing is the red syllable BAM surrounding by the syllables: BAM HARI NISA HUNG. As you are reciting the mantra it is rotating counterclockwise offering light to all the Dakini fields. Many Yajrayoginis in the five colours descend and are absorbed into your Yajrayogini body. (The initial Yajrayogini body that you created out of your visualization is called Samaya Sattva. Now that you have received the various Yajrayoginis into your Samaya Sattva, you are transformed to Janna Sattva.) Continue reciting this mantra with the above visualization. Then when you are ready to practice Achi the do the following visualizarion. From the syllable BAM at your heart, a white HRI shoots out in front of you like a spark leaping out of a fire. Underneath it, is a corpse. (The corpse represents your negative karma and obscurations) From this HRI light shines to the wisdom Dakinis in the Pure Land Dakini Fields Five colour lights containing all their blessings and power radiates out form their hearts and dissolved into the HRI in front of you. The white HRI instantly transforms into Achi Chokyi Drolma. Her body is brilliantly white like the full moon. She has one face two arms and her expression is peaceful. Meditation

First recite Refuge prayer three times and then recite the four immesurables prayers

three times.

Out of the emptiness you appear as the red syllable BAM which in one instant

transforms and you appear as Yajrayogini. At your heart center is the red syllable

BAM from which light radiates to all the Pure Land Dakini Fields. Note no specificcolour is mentioned of the light radiating from BAM but you can visualize to be red

colour light.

At your heart centre a sun disc appears and on it standing is the red syllable BAMsurrounding by the syllables:

BAM HARI NISA HUNG. As you are reciting the mantra it is rotating

counterclockwise offering light to all the Dakini fields. Many Yajrayoginis in the five

colours descend and are absorbed into your Yajrayogini body.

(The initial Yajrayogini body that you created out of your visualization is called

Samaya Sattva. Now that you have received the various Yajrayoginis into yourSamaya Sattva, you are transformed to Janna Sattva.)

Continue reciting this mantra with the above visualization. Then when you are readyto practice Achi the do the following visualizarion.

From the syllable BAM at your heart, a white HRI shoots out in front of you like a

spark leaping out of a fire. Underneath it, is a corpse. (The corpse represents yournegative karma and obscurations) From this HRI light shines to the wisdom Dakinisin the Pure Land Dakini Fields Five colour lights containing all their blessings andpower radiates out form their hearts and dissolved into the HRI in front of you.

The white HRI instantly transforms into Achi Chokyi Drolma.

Her body is brilliantly white like the full moon. She has one face two arms and herexpression is peaceful. Her hair is bound up in a top knot with part handing loosedown her back. She is adorned with conch shell ornaments and on her head is a

crown of precious jewels. She is wearing five coloured silken garments and many

divine and human jewel ornaments. In her right hand she holds a mirror up towardsthe sky, reflecting the three worlds; in her left hand she holds a skull cup full of

precious jewels. She is standing in the midst of white clouds radiating five colourlights.

At her heart centre is a moon disc and upon it stands the white syllable HRI which

is surrounded by the white letters of Achi's mantra circling clockwise: OM SARVA

BUDDHA DAKINI HRI MAMA TSAK DA SOHA.

You are in the form of Vajrayogini and Achi is in front of you. From the mantra andthe Hri in Achi's heart centre white light radiates to all the Dakinis in the Pure Land

Dakini Fields, especially to Achi Chokyi Drolma in her Buddhafield. Then Achi

together with her retinue of limitless Dakinis come from her Pure Land and dissolve

into Achi visualized before you.

Meditate that your body is Vajrayogini and from the BAM on the sun disc at yourheart centre red light emerges and rises up and comes out your left nostril. This red

light enters Achi's right nostril and descends to the white HRI and the circling mantrain her heart centre.

Pray that the blessings of Achi Body, Speech, Mind, Quality and Activities will be

granted to you in order that you will be able to uphold and spread the Buddha's

doctrine for the benefit of all sentient beings.

Then from the mantra and HRI in Achi's heart, five colour lights emerge and rise upand come out of Achi's left nostril an enters your right nostril. As the lights reachyour heart centre, you think that you have received all the blessings of Achi's body, speech, mind, qualities and activities.
