STEVEN C. CHANGClearlake Capital GroupSteven C. Chang is a partner and co-founder of Clearlake Capital Group, a private investment firm. In 2002, Mr. Chang joined Tennenbaum Capital Partners, LLC, a private investment firm, and resigned from the partnership and Investment Committee in December 2006. Before joining Tennenbaum Capital Partners, he was a Principal at Barnard & Co., a private equity investment group, from 1997 to 2001. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Chang worked

at Goldman, Sachs & Co., a global financial services firm, in its Special Situations, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Healthcare groups. Mr. Chang serves on the board of CompuDyne Corporation, a provider of software products and services to the public security market. Mr. Chang has A.B., B.S. and M.S. degrees from Stanford University. Mr. Chang has broad experience that ranges from capital investments in technology companies, to extensive mergers and acquisitions expertise, to executive leadership and management roles.

AARON BENDIKSONOaktree Capital ManagementAaron Bendikson is a Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. where he focuses on executing and sourcing leveraged/management buyouts, expansion capital investments and corporate restructurings. He dedicates a significant portion of his time to the Healthcare and Industrial sectors. Mr. Bendikson currently serves as a director of Tekni-Plex, Inc. and Jackson Square Aviation, LLC. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2005, Mr. Bendikson served as a Principal with Soros Fund Management’s

private equity affiliate. Before joining Soros in 1999, Mr. Bendikson was an investment banker within J.P. Morgan & Co.’s Mergers & Acquisitions department. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. degree cum laude in Economics and History from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

JEFF SCHWARTZThe Gores GroupJeff Schwartz is responsible for leading the execution and negotiation of certain Gores acquisitions and divestitures in the U.S. Prior to joining Gores, Mr. Schwartz was a Principal in the Private Equity Group of Ares Management in Los Angeles, where he worked on numerous leveraged buyouts and distressed debt investments. During his tenure at Ares, Mr. Schwartz sat on the Boards of Directors of several public and private companies including General

Nutrition Centers, Nortek, Inc, Samsonite Corporation, Stream Global Services, Tinnerman Palnut Engineered Products, and WCA Waste Corporation. Prior to joining Ares, Mr. Schwartz was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers in the financial sponsors group and prior to that in the mergers and acquisitions group at Wasserstein Perella & Co. Mr. Schwartz graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.

DAVID A. COHENKarlin Asset ManagementDavid A. Cohen is President and co-founder of Karlin Asset Management, a Los Angeles based value oriented private investment firm with an equity capital base of over $1 Billion. Cohen has over 25 years of experience in principal investing, real estate, private equity, corporate finance and capital markets. This includes almost a decade in senior executive positions at one of the largest US private companies. He

started his career as an investment banker at Lazard Frères in NY. Cohen holds a Master’s Degree (honors) in Finance from Cambridge University and completed all coursework for a PhD. He attended graduate school as a Rotary Foundation Scholar, and holds a BS in Engineering and Applied Sciences (summa cum laude) from Boston University.

CHRISTOPHER R. HEBBLECerberus CaliforniaChristopher R. Hebble serves as a Managing Director with both Cerberus California, Inc. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2007, Chris was a Principal at Caltius Mezzanine Partners, a $300 million mezzanine debt provider, where he was responsible for business origination and evaluation. He was previously a Vice President in the Corporate Finance Department of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity placements, and the structuring of leveraged buyouts and corporate recapitalizations. In addition, he was responsible for co-managing Houlihan Lokey’s middle-market financial sponsor coverage effort. Chris began his career as a Civil and Environmental Engineer where he managed, developed and implemented environmental service programs for international oil and gas utility companies. Chris holds an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
