Have you ever completed the Health Risk Appraisal (HRA) or Cardiac Risk Profile supplied by Federal Occupational Health?

The Health Risk Appraisal (HRA) is a wellness questionnaire that provides each individual with a “snapshot” of their overall wellness. The Cardiac Risk Profile gives you information about some of the factors that can put you at risk for heart disease—things like elevated blood levels of cholesterol, triglycerides, and glucose (blood sugar).
