ABOUT “ Homeopathic Research & Charities” ( HRC ) HRC is a charitable trust formed in 1991, well known in Homeopathic circles for holistic healing. The Trustees and associated professionals / teachers here are associated in clinical research and contributed significantly to the development of homeopathy globally. HRC in pursuance of its vision to promote holistic health, acquired a serene, secluded plot of land at village Apti, which is about 11km from Lonavala station. The same plot is now being developed for promoting holistic health including Homeopathy , Yoga , naturopathy and music and better health for one and all. Towards this end HRC is introducing Yoga camps at its Apti premises, on the banks of Pavna river, in a serene atmosphere , with a special emphasis on diet. The emphasis in these camps will be on therapeutic yoga along with traditional yogic practices like asanas, pranayama and meditation . HRC desires to reach all the aspirants of Yoga and Holistic healing. At present, improvements in infrastructure and facilities are on the way at its campus at Village Apti. Full residential facilities at the campus is expected to be available sometime next year. About Yoga Programmes Yoga Programmes of 2 days and 1 night on weekends shall be conducted at Apti campus, as per the schedule. Batches in small numbers of less than 25 participants are contemplated so that individual attention could be given to needs of the participants. Yoga programmes will commence on 1st day at 8.30am and concluded on next day at 5.00pm. Details of programme will be presented during the opening session. The participants are expected to carry their medicines, winter clothes, torch etc along with them. They are also expected to come prepared with 2 songs and 2 dance steps with music recorded in their mobile phones. Accommodation HRC can accommodate participants in their own campus in its hall or comfortable military type tents. Separate washroom facilities for gents and ladies are available in the campus. In addition two rooms for ladies on sharing basis is available. Food Wholesome Vegetarian food will be provided to the participants. Participants will be introduced to 'Vegan' food and its advantages will be highlighted through a Video presentation by Qualified Nutritionist. 'Vegan' food is very harmonious & conducive to Yoga practices & holistic healing experiences. Note Ÿ Those participants having their own transport can be given parking facilities at the campus. Ÿ Corporate packages of 20 to 25 persons can be organized at week ends, by prior registration. Ÿ Participants who desire separate accommodation can be facilitated at Satarkar complex, 1.3 km from the campus. Current tariff there is Rs. 1500/- up to 3 persons sharing basis. Ÿ Small buses can be arranged from Mumbai/Pune to Lonavala and/or back from a fixed point in Mumbai or Pune at actual cost. Dr. Rajan SankaranAn original thinker, a charismatic teacher and a successful homoeopath. He leads the HRC in its ventures, its task and its dream project. He has authored several books and lectured

throughout the world and he has been instrumental in shaping the foundations of Homoeopathy today.

Dr. Jayesh ShahA fine homoeopath and a very senior teacher in the field of Homoeopathy. He is one of the co-founders of HRC and one of its torch bearers. with an experience of years,
