RAPIDCRETE Millennium Concrete Technologies Accelerating Admixture for Mass Concrete • Easy to disperse In concrete mixtures, avoiding many of the problems associated with powder admixtures. RAPID CRETE ready to use, liquid admixture is designed to make more uniform and predictable quality concrete while accelerating the setting time and strength development. RAPID CRETE admixture meets ASTM C 494 requirements for Type C, accelerating, admixture. DOSAGE The optimum dosage should be determined by site trials with the particular raw materials. As a guide, the dosage rate is normally in the range of l liter to Lliters per 100kgofcement. FEATURES • Increased early and ultimate strengths- compressive and flexural DIRECTIONS FOR USE RAPID CRETE should be dispensed into the fresh concrete or with the final quantity of mixing water. It should not come into contact with dry cement or other admixtures until they are mixed in the concrete batch. RAPIDCRETE should be ideally dispensed with automatic equipment, thus ensuring uniformity of admixture used throughout the job. Accelerated setting time characteristics • Can be used for concrete interlocking blocks, paving slabs, curb stones, cement blocks or any other non- structural concrete work. • At site RAPID CRETE can be used for concrete void fillings, concrete or mortar beddings, rendering, plastering • PACKAGING AND STORAGE RAPID CRETE is supplied in 5, 10,25 and 205 liters drums or bulk delivery. RAPID CRETE should be stored under shade. The shelf life of RAPID CRETE is 12 months in its unopened drums and tanks. Once opened, we recommend that the balance be consumed within 3 months. Stir the content prior to use. Highly recommended for concrete roads, Roller compacted concrete where early strength is critically important • Not recommended for reinforced or pre-stressed concrete. • TECHNICAL SERVICE The company provides good servicing from a team of dedicated specialists in the field.
