Pada Kerja Praktek kali ini dilakukan perhitungan sizing

valve pada kolom preneutralizer di Project Pabrik Phonska V PT.

Petrokimia Gresik. Program yang digunakan untuk sizing valve ini

adalah instrucalc serta dibandingkan dengan perhitungan persamaan

yang ada. Adapun jenis valve yang digunakan pada Unit

 preneutralizer ini adalah globe valve gate valve serta ball valve.

Adapun valve yang dilakukan sizing adalah pada !"V#$$%& yang

menggunakan tipe ball valve dengan menggunakan 'luida li(uid dari

granulator pre scrubber !"V#$$%) yang menggunakan tipe ball

valve dengan 'luida li(uid ammonia !"V#$$%$ yang menggunakan

tipe ball valve dengan 'luida li(uid sulphuric acid PV#$$*+ yang

menggunakan tipe globe valve dengan 'luida vapour ammonia P,V#

$$*% yang menggunakan tipe gate valve dengan 'luida li(uid

ammonia !"V#$$%+ yang menggunakan ball valve dengan 'luidali(uid dari phosphoric acid. -ari perhitungan sizing didapatkan nilai

'lo coe'icient /"v0  untuk !"V#$$%& sebesar 11%&2 !"V#$$%+
