ABSTRACT Mardianis, 2013. "The Development of Chemistry Learning Materials For High School Class XII for Colligative Properties of Solution Constructivism Oriented". One of purpose of chemistry study listed in content standards Standar Nasional Pendidikan is for students to get experience in applying the scientific method through experimentation. Because of doesn’t enough facilities on laboratory make learning colligative properties of solution without experiment and learning to do by verbally. To solve this problem, so it is needed to develop of learning materials to support student experiment in the class. This research aimed at developing a valid, practical, and effective learning materials. Related to the aim, this research belongs to research and development. The development model that was applied was 4-D model. It consisted of four stages, they are: define, design, develop, and disseminate. Expert validation was used to know the validity of the developed materials. Try out was carried out to find out the practicality and effectiveness of the materials. The research data were collected by using validation sheet, observation sheet, questionnaire, and achievement test. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis Based on the data validation, the average of the material’s validation is 84%. It showed that the materials which has been developed has valid categorized. The RPP implementation that was obtained by observation is 86,8%, questionnaire responses for 94.4% of teachers and student’s questionnaire responses is 96.5%. The result showed that the materials which has been developed is practical. The percentage of the student’s mastery learning by using learning materials was 73,6% and the learning activies often appear. Based on the result of the test and student’s activities, the learning materials have been effective categorized. In conclusion, the chemistry learning materials which have been developed for colligative properties of solution is valid, practical, and effective.

Mardianis, 2013. “Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Kimia SMA Kelas XII Berorientasi Konstruktivisme untuk Materi Sifat Koligatif Larutan”. Tesis. Program Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Padang.

Salah satu tujuan mata pelajaran kimia yang tercantum dalam standar isi Standar Nasional Pendidikan adalah agar peserta didik dapat memperoleh pengalaman dalam menerapkan metode ilmiah melalui percobaan atau eksperimen. Karena fasilitas laboratorium yang kurang memadai mengakibatkan pembelajaran sifat koligatif larutan dilaksanakan tanpa praktikum dan pembelajaran berlangsung secara verbal. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka perlu dikembangkan suatu perangkat pembelajaran yang memungkinkan siswa untuk melakukan praktikum di kelas.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Berdasarkan tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian pengembangan. Model pengembangan yang dipakai adalah model 4-D (four-D model). Model 4-D terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu: define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Akan tetapi karena keterbatasan waktu dan biaya, penelitian ini hanya dilakukan sampai pada tahap develop saja. Validasi oleh pakar digunakan untuk mengetahui validitas perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Ujicoba dilakukan untuk mengetahui kepraktisan dan keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui lembar validasi, lembar observasi, angket dan lembar tes hasil belajar. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif.

Berdasarkan data dari lembar validasi diperoleh rata-rata validasi perangkat sebesar 84%. Angka ini menunjukkan perangkat yang dikembangkan tergolong valid. Dari data lembar observasi keterlaksanaan RPP dapat diketahui tingkat keterlaksanaan RPP sebesar 86,8%, angket respon guru sebesar 94,4% dan angket respon siswa sebesar 96,5%. Angka ini menunjukkan bahwa perangkat yang dikembangkan tergolong praktis. Persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa dengan menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran adalah sebesar 73,6%, dan aktivitas yang berhubungan dengan pembelajaran tergolong sering muncul. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil belajar dan observasi aktivitas siswa, perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan tergolong efektif. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran kimia SMA untuk materi sifat koligatif larutan yang dikembangkan sudah valid, praktis, dan efektif.
