ABOUT KIMI

The Kyrgyz International Medical Institute (KIMI) is Kyrgyz Republic’s first PMDC and MCI curriculum based higher Medical and health sciences institution with the provision of knowledge, skilled consultative medical care and practical assistance, methodological developments, preservation and enhancement of moral, cultural and scientific values of the society. KIMI implements the basic medical education in specialties of General Medicine (MD), Dentistry (BDS), and Nursing, graduate( General Practitioner PG) and postgraduate (PhD), as well as additional professional programs and carries out research activities in the field of remote technologies in well equipped, modern diagnostic and treatment facilitated hospitals. KIMI has a diverse profile of international activities in both research and education. Scientists and students of KIMI actively take part in international seminars, conferences and joint research with scientists of partner universities. KIMI’s administrative campus lies at the heart of picturesque capital city Bishkek with the scientific centers and clinical bases throughout the city for training, retraining and advanced training of the foreign citizens in the field of medicine.
