About Our TEAM

Mr. Shashank Pashine is a Co-Founder and Head of Juris Consultants PrivateLimited. He has immense knowledge and over 4.5 years of experience in CorporateLegal, Secretarial, Corporate Restructuring, Due Diligence, Corporate GovernanceLabour Law, Compliance Audit, foreign collaboration and joint venture services,Capital Market Transaction, Reserve Bank of India and Intellectual Property Laws.Representing the Entities before High Court, NCLT, NCLAT and other judicialauthorities related to various matter. Litigations and appeals in District Courts orHigh Courts. He also drafted and vetted number of policies, agreements andcontracts like, Shareholders Agreement, Share Subscription Agreement,Collaboration Agreement, employment contracts and day to day policies etc.

He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) (AllIndia Rank 20) and obtained Masters Degree in Commerce (M.Com), BachelorsDegree in Commerce (B.Com) and pursuing Bachelors Degree in Law (LL.B).

Before starting his practice he was in employment and holding position of CompanySecretary with various Corporate Houses including Capital India Finance Limited,Orris Group, Wave Group etc. to handle corporate matters including Right Issue,Preferential issue, ESOP, NHB Compliances and other advisory matters.

Ms. Ritu Panchal is a Co-Founder and Head of Juris ConsultantsPrivate Limited. She has immense knowledge and over 3 yearsof experience in redressal of various Shareholders dispute andhas also made necessary appearance before various Judicialauthorities, Registrar of Companies, Regional Director and manyother Government Departments and Agencies for quickresolution. She specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions – Planningand Implementations, National and Cross Border JointVentures- Deal Structuring & Negotiations, FinancialReengineering, Business Modeling and has hands on experienceof conceptualizing and managing M&A Transactions involvinglisted and unlisted companies in various sectors and industries.She also has distinguished exposure related to Legal, Secretarial,Financial and other related matters.

She is an associate member of the Institute of CompanySecretaries of India (ICSI) and obtained Bachelors Degree inCommerce (B.Com) and pursuing Bachelors Degree in Law(LL.B). Before founding Juris Consultants she was associatedwith a leading Merchant Banker based out in New Delhi andthus has exposure related to Capital Markets, TransactionAdvisory and related compliances.

Mohd Zafar has immense knowledge and over 7.5 years of experience in CorporateLaws, Corporate Restructuring, Due Diligence, Secretarial, Cross Border Investmenttransactions, Corporate Governance, Compliance Audit, Capital Market Transactions,SEBI Takeovers, Listing of Securities at Stock Exchanges, SEBI Compoundings. He hasalso handled matters pertaining to Merger & Acquisition, Issue of Securities, RightIssue, Preferential Issue and dealing with the Stock Exchanges, regulatory authoritiesand other advisory matters for listed entities. He was also involved in global businessset up services, resolving complex corporate structuring issues, rendering strategicadvices and approvals under different laws. He is also practising in the newly enactedInsolvency and Bankruptcy Code of India.

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), holdsBachelors Degree in Commerce (B.Com) and pursuing Bachelors Degree in Law(LL.B).

Before starting his practice he was working as Company Secretary and ComplianceOfficer and was holding position of Head – Compliance Department of large listedconglomerate and was responsible for all secretarial and legal matters.

Ms. Shubhra Gulati has immense knowledge and over 5.5years of rich experience in Indirect Tax matters related to GST,Service Tax, Delhi VAT, Excise and Customs. She has earlierworked with Ernst and Young LLP where she was in StatutoryAudit division and later worked with S.P. Nagrath & Co. LLP,New Delhi, where she was leading the Indirect Tax team formore than 3 years. She is a hard-working, team orientedindividual with commendable leadership skills at the youngage of 27. She handles advisory, compliances, structuring,restructuring, due-diligences, health- check ups andrepresentation before authorities in Indirect Tax matters,matters related to conflicts and congruence betweencorporate laws and taxation laws. She has been dealing withdomestic and international clients for past five years and hasextensive experience in providing advisory as well ascompliance services including tax litigation at various levels.

She is an associate member of the Institute of CharteredAccountants of India (ICAI), holds Bachelors Degree inCommerce (B. Com) and pursuing Bachelors Degree in Law(LL.B) from Faculty of Law, Delhi University.
