From series of Batman where Penguin made his existence, like in the animated series we noticed him in one of those rich guy tuxedo with long hat and one eye glasses on chain. Then also we noticed in Batman return where Danny DeVito became The Penguin and outfitted him pretty much like the animated series but in the nasty way, as his hair was all tossed up and mouth covered in blood. But now we witnessed in Gotham television series which states the origin of Gotham and the first villain that has been announced was the Penguin. Played by Robin Lord Taylor as Oswald Cobblepot, which he was the servant to Fish Mooney, and here where the funny part started when one of the thug called him Penguin, and he didn’t like that.
