100% Gewurztraminer.I don’t know why more people don’t drink Gewurztraminer. Bright gold-tinged straw. It’s Clean, fresh, smoky aromas of peach, rose and apricot are so juicy and fresh in the mouth, conveying a breezy quality to the ripe tropical fruit and floral flavours. Finishes bright and long. Its a great wine to match spicy food.

2009Bott Geyl Pinot Gris ‘Furstentum’ Grand Cru 2009.Jean-Christophe Bott is heir to the family tradition dating back to 1795, when his ancestor, Jean-Martin Geyl tended his vines and made his wine. Jean-Christophe Bott has been responsible for Domaine Bott-Geyl since 1993 and he converted the vineyards to be organic in 2000 and then biodynamic in 2002.
