Welcome to Preview May 2013

W inter is well and truly upon us, with Nelson nearly back into the typical weather patterns we love so much. Cold mornings, Crisp Frosts and Clear Blue Sky days.

The market is really starting to heat up with new houses to the market getting great interest, and offers really quickly. I would like to introduce you to my new Executive Assistant, Gail Murdoch. Gail joined me in February after returning to NZ following a period of time in the UK. Welcome to the team Gail. In this issue I have a number of beautiful new listings.
