Project Considerations

Maintaining Schedule – The project team is working to maintain the progress

in the new classroom wing and planning is underway for the summer cleaning

and move-in

Reducing Costs – The project team is working to find ways continue to reduce

costs and provide options for scope reduction/cost reduction

Maintaining Utilities – The project team continues to work to keep all utilities

in operation throughout the building during the construction; this will be an

ongoing effort for the remainder of the project.
