Downloading Instructions for Windows Vista Users Windows Vista users will experience difficulty downloading the ABIM Tutorial to the “Program Files”. You will need administrator rights in order to install the tutorial. If you are attempting install the ABIM Tutorial onto a computer that has Windows Vista you will need to install it to your user directory (i.e. C:\Users\<user name>) in order to download the tutorial. To install the tutorial to your user directory follow the instructions below: 1. From the ABIM web page select the <Download> option for the tutorial 2. When you get to the Destination Folder section of the ABIM Tutorial Set-up Wizard, select your user directory (C:\Users\<your user name>) as shown in the screen shot below. 3. Continue through the set-up wizard. If you continue to experience difficulty downloading the ABIM Tutorial please call the Pearson VUE technical support number at 1-800-735-8015 Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, and Saturday 8am to 4pm.

You will need administrator rights in order to install the tutorial.
