Dear Sir,
Please furnish us budgetary estimations and detailed catalogue of the following equipments for the provided specification as earliest as possible. The equipments will be installed in various 33/11 kV Distribution Substations of WBSEB scattered all over West Bengal. You are requested to indicate applicable taxes & duties separately. Please also indicate delivery time of each equipment.
S.N. EQUIPMENTS SPECIFICATION QTY.
1. Capacitive Duty VCB(Indoor Type)
12 kV, 50 Hz, 3 Ph., 800 A, Bus Bar Short Time Rating = 16 kA for 3s , Short Time Rating of Vacuum Interrupter shall be minimum 25 kA for 3s ,shall be suitable foe 100 Nos. of safe operations at 25kA, Capacitive Switching Duty = 800 A
Dead Front Sheet steel (2mm) enclosed floor mounted horizontal draw out type. Inclusive of side entry cable extension box. Current Transformer Specification11 kV, 50 Hz, 3 Ph., 15 VA, 200-100/1-1 A or 50-25/1-1 A (As per requirement), Cast resin, Dual core, Dual ratio, Acc.Class1.0/5P10.
(1) Electronic Annunciator: Multiway microprocessor based to indicate over current, earth fault and other trouble trip/alarm operation.(2) Voltmeter: 96 mm², 90º scale flush type shall be provided on each breaker panel suitable for direct reading of 0 – 15 kV.(3) Ammeter: 96 mm², 90º scale (nominal current: 1A) flush type for each phase, shall be provided on each breaker panel.(4) Voltmeter Selector Switch: with wing type knob and positions marked RY – YB – BR - OFF shall be provided in each breaker panel against each Voltmeter.(5) Test Terminal Block with cover having sealing arrangement for 3-phase system shall be provided in breaker panel.

(6) The panel should consist of the following relays: (a) Over current relay : i) High Set Element Current Setting – 500 – 2000% Operating Time – Instantaneous
ii) IDMT Element Current Setting – 50 – 200% Operating Time – 0 – 3sec
(b) Earth fault relay : 10 - 40% nominal current 1A (c) Over voltage IDMT Static relay with setting range 100 – 170% (d) Under voltage relay : with provision for Cut-off at 30% (e) Time Delay Relay : 10 min (f) Unbalance Relay: Neutral Voltage Displacement Static Relay in conjunction with RVT. Alternatively, Unbalance Relay in conjunction with split neutral CT for double star arrangement. The relaying scheme shall have:
i) Alarm for low level of unbalance: Overvoltage on good units is less less than 110%. Delay is greater than 4s.
ii) Tripping for higher level of unbalance: Overvoltage on good units is greater than 110%. Delay is 0.3s to 0.5s. This shall be coordinated to maximum fuse clearing time.
2. Capacitive Duty VCB(Outdoor Type) with integrally bushing mounted Porcelain Clad C.T.
12 kV, 50 Hz, 3 Ph., 800 A, Short Time Rating = 16 kA for 3 sec, Porcelain Clad, structure mounted.Short Circuit Rating of Vacuum Interrupter is minimum 25 kA for 100Nos. operations., Capacitive Switching Duty = 800 ATerminal connectors suitable for 1’’ Al pipe bus.

3. Control & Relay Panel for outdoor type VCB
