After download is complete, you will see a set up like below in your saved destination .

Double clickon abbulkmailer set up exe and the software will get installed as shown below:-

Click next and install it.This will install software on your computer.

Running the software:

Step 1:

Go to windows start menu-> AB Bulk Mailer. You will see a screen like below:-

Functionality defined:

Message: These allows you to create email message that you can send to your contacts. It also allows you to schedule youremail compaigns.

Contacts: These are the email addresses to whom you want to send mails.2.Smtp servers: These are the servers/smtp email addresses/IP addresses from which the mails can be sent to contacts.3.Email Extractor : This allows you to grab email addresses from a website, text/excel file or Google search.4.Email Verify : It allows you to verify if your mail list (i.e. the email addresses defined in contacts5.Easy send: This allows you to send mails directly to your contacts6.Settings : This allows you to change mail related settings for a better inbox delivery .7.Buy button : It allows you to register your software.For licensed users8.Mailing History : It gives you a detailed description of the previously sent emails.9.Quick Mail : It allows you to send Emails fast from your software.10.Log : This shows you detailed status report for different activities done by the AB Bulk Mailer11.Notes:This gives you writing memo to store your notes.12.Facebook and twitter Buttons : It allows you to post messages for business promotion on facebook and twitterautomatically.

Let us add a couple of contacts to whom want to send mails. Click Contacts button above. Type name and email address to whomyou want to send mail,as shown below:-

You can add as many as email addresses that you want here.

You can save your contacts to a text file..When you Click it a dialog box appears .Check the only Emails checkbox andExport.You can delete all contacts in the software.You can also import contacts from text fileYou can also import contacts from excel file ,only the specified fields from the file will be imported and others left blank.

Please enter index of fields to be imported from excel sheet. Suppose if email is contained in 5Th column of excel sheet, then toimport it enter index as 4. Likewise for all other cases.

You can import any or all the fields of an excel sheet to the contacts screen.

You can also store any type of values in field1, field2.... field7.It can contain any information like address ,names or any relevantinformartion.For example, filed1 can contain the phone number or SSN of the person to whom you want to send emails. You can import thesefields automatically by importing from excel file.The advantage of using these fields is that they can be inserted into adynamically created message, in Messages->Insert menu -> Custom Fields.

Step 2: What are contact groups?

Go to Contacts->contact groups

Contact groups allow you to create multiple groups of contacts emails. So you have created Los Angeles customers, New YorkCustomers.

Group contacts are easy to use and save a lot of time as you need not to put email addresses repeatedly.

Grouping customers is a great idea of managing your leads and sales compaign. We recommend a contact group of size 20,000emails.

The group maker button ,opens up a small screen like this:

Here,it will split your contacts file into smaller groups.You can specify the size in the encircled dropdown shown in above figure.

Unsubcribe and Blacklist tab is also added to the contacts screen.:

You can search Email addressed here and unsubscribe them.Also delete all blacklisted mails.

Click close button

Step 3:

Now i want to send the mail to the contact that i created, so I need an email senders. Click smtp server button as shown below:

You will see the below screen

This screen allows you to add multiple gmail/yahoo/outgoing details of smtp server accounts for sending mails. Please note youhave to add multiple accounts and the software will rotate them automatically.If I add 1000 gmail/yahoo accounts i can send1000X500 = 5,000,00 per day free.

Click 'Add Email Account' button. It will show screen as below:

Say you are intending to use 5 gmail accounts for sending mails. Idea is you have to create the email accounts in say gmail.com andthen enter them here, one by one.

Let me add a one as shown below:-

World's top ten SMTP servers are added here on the right hand side.

Now if you have say total 5 gmail/yahoo accounts, you can add them one by one in a similar way.As you can seeGodaddy,hotmail,comcast,Aol and many servers have been added. Set the limit per hour .

It can be 100 or 1000 anything .likewise,per day limit can also be send.

If you face any problem you can use other ports like 25 or 465. Below are usually the commonly used settings:-

server port secure connection ssh checkboxgmail 587/25 keep the check box checked

yahoo 587/25 checked/unchecked. keep check box unchecked if youface issue

your website 25 checked/uncheckedsmtp server that you purchased 25 uncheckedgodaddy 80 checked/uncheckedmsn 587 unchecked

Note: gmail and yahoo allows you to send 500 mails per day per account. So you can add multiple accounts to send mails. If youwant to add yahoo account, click on Yahoo Mail icon on right. It will fill the default details of yahoo account like smtp server.Soonly thing that you have to do is to add user and password of yahoo account in that case.Please note that the per hour limit forgmail is 500 and that of yahoo is 100.

We recommend that per hour limit of gmail accounts be also taken as 100.

Bulk Mailer handles this automatically for you. It will send mails based on per hour/day limit. This will prevent your accounts fromgetting blocked.

Do you want to send mails from your website?

Add your website mail in a similar way as shown below.The procedure is same as adding a gmail account. For your website/IP youcan specify your own per day/hour limits.

For linux users, enter linux smtp user, any email address. The smtp user ID in that case can be linuix user name.

In all non-lunix cases both smtp user ID and Email address should be same.

You can add more accounts, it will shown in the grid below. In your case you will see different details:-

It is not necessary that you add only few accounts, you can add say 100 gmail/yahoo/live/gmail etc accounts, or even use all ofthese accounts. You have to create the email addresses first in say gmail.com/yahoo.com and then enter them in the software.

You can import smtp server details from the import click here.It will allow you to browse for the text file in which you have kept allyour addresses and password details.and you can create it with the format as shown: eg [email protected] after that comma andthen password of the email and again comma and so on.

Likewise, you can export it to file using export button after right clicking . And save your smtp details to a file. It can import gmailor yahoo smtp servers at a time .If a file contains gmail and yahoo both ,it wont import.

You can check the Tips tab:

Some recent publications from google ,it seems that gmail per hour limit of sending mails is 500,to be on safer side use 100-500.

Enable Pop settings in the gmail account as shown above.If you port 25 is not working check 587 .Check status of email server withgmail checker .

.You can do the same for yahoo,GoDaddy account also. Enable their POP and give their respective port numbers. GoDaddy haslimit of 250 mails per hour.

System organises the account on the basis of use order and rotates the email accounts automatically after sending every email.so,ifyou have yahoo and gmail accounts ,you can assign 'use order' to each like '1 'for gmail account and '2' for yahoo account ,3 againto gmail account and so on. Idea is to mix servers so that delay between mails can be reduced to zero for best use of software.

In this you can enter mail subject and mail body. I have typed some text there. You can create your own.You can select your textand add a link to it. Click the link of image adding,a Create Link dialog box appears and you have to start writing your link startingwith http or https eg https://www.facebook.com.

To insert the recipient email click insert menu -> contact email or just do below:-

To insert email of receiptent add [emailAddress] to your subject or body. This will automatically insert email of receiver whenyousend mails.Similarly you can add contact name from insert menu. You can insert contact email/name and unsubscribe link etc tomake mails unique. This will increase inbox delivery as shown below:-

You can insert email address of receiver etc, by putting the following in mail subject/body

We have new templates tab in the Messages :This can be used as templates for your Email.

We can find new templates from the websites or we can also save the templates.

The software allows you to save your templates on your computer and also modify them. You can import and modify templatesfrom any website and then use it. Default abbulkmailer template added.

Click Import from website and in the dialogbox enter the website name,you want the template from.

Now,a new feature keeps a track of emails,scripts provided by the user.

Click save button at the buttom to save the schedule. You can use multiple messages, each can have its own details and schedulingpolicies.

Although attachment is not recommended, we still can attach files from the Attach Files button.

May be you want to change HTMLyourself for the message. To do so go to Tools ->HTML View.

May be you want to use your own html templates. To do so File -> Import from html file.

May be you want to use built in template, to do so do click Templates menu

You now have a new dtd HTML button for ADVANCED users for writing HTML scripts etc.

If you uncheck the show in Easy Send checkbox,the message selected will not be shown in the Easy Send.

May be you want to add extra level of unsubscribing, additional to automatic unsubscribing that is handled by bulk menu, to do sogo to Insert menu-> unsubscribe link

Finally, to save the schedule click Close button at the bottom to close the screen.

Adding many mail subjects is possible in the Alternate subjects tab.the software has added ten subject line which can be usedalternately changed by rotation. the sending time with the subject actually denotes the sending time of the email.

With 10 alternate subjects, you can chnge these subjects by rotation.For example if you send mails to contacts a,b,c, d and so on,first mail with the mail subject ,second will go from mail subject 1,third will go woth mail subject2 and the it will continue with thelist.You can rest the text in subjects by reset button.

Step 5: Setting up Reply Id.

In the same Email Messages screen,go to options Tab and click mail settings. It will take you to below screen

When clients reply your email marketing compaigns, you will get informed on the Reply email address mentioned above. Notemails go from different smtp accounts but replies reach on this single account so that you can check single account forresponses.Do not worry for blacklisting of reply id as mails are not sent from reply id.

On the screen please read the Intsructions ,as it is strictly prohibited to use pirated software.

Click Save button.

Step 6: How to send mails?

There are two modes in sending mails :-

1. To schedule mails as discussed in Messages above. When the scheduled times reaches mail goes automatically as shown below:-

2. Click Easy Send button, it will show you below screen.

In Easy Send there are two modes in sending mails, which are mentioned as three options :-

a)Super fast Personalized: This is a highly recommended option in sending mails and it has a high 100% inbox delivery rate. Thisis also the default checked option. Super fast Mail delivery Introduced in the software. It sends the emails fast and in parellel withone another. If you have 100 email senders ( possibly gmail and yahoo accounts) and delay between mail as 8, this means 50personalized mails will go at a time every 8 seconds. That means per day you can send:

(24 X 60 X 60 X (100/8) ) = 10,80,000 personalized mails free. That is almost unlimited.

b)Personalised:This is another mode of sending personalised mails .It will send emails one by one.Its not the ideal one for bulkmails..

c)Bcc mode: It allows you to send say 45 mails at a time.It has lesser inbox rate.This option is not recomended with gmail/yahoosmtp senders. How ever you may use it and mention send at a time of 10 or so. You have an option for setting the number of mailssend at a time max upto 45.

It is recomended to run gmail checker when you have gmail accounts in smtp servers.This will prevent your email accounts fromgetting blocked. gmail checker is discussed below.

How to send mails here: Simply select the email addresses from left and click the button '>' and then click Send button as shownbelow for the Super fast personalised option. Please note we recommend Super fast personalized option rather than Bcc option Thisoption sends emails at high end technology.

Gmail checker logs into all accounts to prevent them from blocking.Select the message that you want to send from top right.

Settings :While sending mails you can click rotate reply Id check-box.This will enfore reply id change with every outgoing email.The reply id will be set as email address of sender. This means if,mail goes from [email protected], then reply id will be set [email protected]. For next email sent, it will have a different reply id.

The box below the checkbox allows you to change delay between mails any time while mails are being sent. These two options aredynamic options and can be used for seamless and effective mail sending.

Right click the List and we get unsent emails option.On clicking this,all the unsent messages are re-entered back in the list and sendagain

As seen here,the right click menu gives you options to remove your contacts,clear the List and also to paste from clipboard.

Right click with your mouse on the messages section ,and you get to edit/view your message.

After clicking old logs ,you can select the text file of Logs and view it.

If you have gmail acconuts in smtp servers click gmail checker as shown below. That will automatically check the accounts and willprevent them from getting blocked.

Automatic gmail checker checks all accounts and allows you to send 80 to 90 mails at a time.

The pause button can be used to pause the checking and then Run it again.The gmail checker keeps on running in the backgroundunless you click the stop checker link on the form:

You will see this is in the Easy send form.

When receiver tries to reply the message, reply reaches to the mail as mentioned in settings:-

If the receiver unsubscribes, you will automatically receive email.

To get contacts from another contact group, expand combo box at the top and click Get button. To check how many mails weresent from which smtp server , click + button in Easy send.

To check real time mail sending reports, click Log button. All the cases are mentioned below

Facebook and Twitter Auto posts can be send by clicking facebook and twitter buttons respectively:

After entering the username and password,you can write the status message you want to post in the textbox and Click on addbutton.It automatically posts it on your facebook wall.Also,create a list of messages and posts them .Rightclick on the Message ,Listbox you will get a menu .Delete will delete the selected message .And you can import messages from a text file.It also gives anoption to export or save your messages in a text file on your computer for later use.

For twitter account,however,we can set the maximum limit to number of tweets to add.

If reply id of outgoing email is set,there are some servers like hotmail, msn etc. who block the mail if sent to them. To circumventthe problem AB BulkMailer does not set reply id to hotmail accounts. That means if you uncheck always set same reply id, thenreply id will be set as mentioned in settings even if receiving server likes it or not. The checkbox No is unchecked by default.

Delay between mails is number of seconds; and it is when one mail goes after how many seconds the second mail should go. So it is

a time between mails. If you keep it too low, say 5 seconds, receiving smtp server may bounce or mark spam your mails, resulting ina low delivery.

It should be approx greater than 20 for gmail and yahoo smtp senders. For your own smtp server, you may reduce it.

Mail sending timeout : Increase it if your internet speed is very low.

Outgoing mail language:- It is a character set of the mail body of the messages that you have in Messages screen. For chineese,korean etc,you can change it.

Delivery notification:- It can be used when your contacts are correct. If you set it to success, a mail can be sent by receiving serverto the email that you mentioned in settings ie reply id.

Mail priority:- better leave it to default.

In the more tab -> user can update for new versions. The check for updates button ,checks for the latests updates availabe for thesoftware.

There is also an upgrade to corporate version link for standard user.

Step 9: How does Quick Mail work?

Send your Emails simply by clicking Quick Mail link and you can send to one or more contacts .You can paste it from clipboard.And click send.

It works normally without the special features like random numbers etc.

Step 10: How to extract contacts from google search, craigslist etc?

You can use built-in email extractor. Click on Email Extractor button as shown below.

This tool allows you to extract contacts using google search, internet and any website, file etc. Above shows the details. The searchkeywords can be same as in google. However if you are looking for exact phrases you need to put the phrase in double quotes. Forexample, if i use phrase as "I am looking for loan" @gmail.com, system will search all the internet using google search and grab thecontacts where user have given the exact phrase "I am looking for loan". If you want to search for all the words then you do notneed to use double quotes.

Referrer is any website. You can keep it say abcf45 or craigslist.com or any thing. Actually it does not matter. If you get no resultsyou can change it to any thing. The number of pages is any number upto 100. If you keep it more, more mails will be fetched.

To save contacts click Add to my contacts button.

You can also search from any website using google search e.g "I am looking for scooter" @craigslist.com. This will search craigslistwebsite for the phrase and return results.

Also @ symbol is a must forany search query.If you do get a lot of errors , try to search after an hour or so.

Step 11: How to extract contacts from a website?

In AB Bulk Mailer there are two ways to do it.

a) Go to Email extractor -> Web Link/Website. You see the below screen:-

In the textbox, you can type the full link of website like http://abc.com, You can also try to seacrh in a specefic folder of website bytyping the url as say http://abc.com/bulk-mail/

The number of pages means how is the degree of search. More depth, more deep the search it and more results the system can find.For very large websites this option is not nonexistent

If you have all your email addresses in a text file, you can use the option 'From File' in the email extractor.

b) Extract by Interaction: This is a recomended option for searching any website. System automatically extracts emails as you

navigate the website, entered in the text box. Every time it adds the emails

You can use this feature to extract from any website like facebook, twitter etc.

Step 12: How to verify if your email addresses are correct?

If you have an email database, mostly they are incorrect. To verify such email accounts start the AB Bulk Mailer, and click EmailVerify button.

Select your contacts , then press '>' button, and then click Verify button.

suppose system verifies if an email [email protected].

Verify only domain otion:- The system will check if domain emailsystem.com exists, if not it will mark it is non existing. If the

domain exists, it will mark it as existing and will not do vigorous extra checking.

Rigid security means not exists:- if a domain, say emailsystem.com. does not allow annonymous email verification for security, thesystem locates it. and if the option 'Rigid security means not exists' is checked the system marks the email as non-existant.

Max threads:- A value from 50 to 100 is ok. So 100 email addresses can be verified in parallel.

Delete from contacts button at right, click it to delete the non existent contacts. If you see some error, restart bulk mailer and tryagain.

The system does not allow yahoo/gmail accounts as they do not allow it. But yahoo and gmail are not the only 2 websites in theworld.

Also right click and we can import contacts to verify or paste contacts from clipboard or even remove contacts.

Step 13:

click Health of email senders -> then click Get Health button.. In my case it shows below details:-

The Health of Emails has three types:

Healthy:All Email Credentials are working...Invalid Credentials:Oops,something went wrong here .May be the password.Check with SMTP server settingsCaptcha required:Go to Your Ocassional Login tab and see what gmail wants to know..

Practically ocassional login prevents your email senders from getting blocked.You should ocassionally login to your emailaddresses.

Getting latest mails allows you to get all the inboxes of your email accounts. Note it shows only RECENT mails. It does not showold mails and can help you to find responses of your email compaigns.

Step 15: How to manage all smtp servers?

Ocassionally check your smtp servers using browser to see if all is well. For google accounts use gmail checker(discussed above)

You can reset the Smtp count if all is going wrong.
