3 Aaron Maybon (Mr Maybon) holds the following certificates and endorsements

a Administralor Certificate with Superintendent and School Principal Pre-K-12

5 During this school year Ms Maybon copied the signatures of administration on
expense submissions despite two dilfbrent signatures being required Most ofthe expenses were
ncver verified or approved by a second party
6 During this school year Mr Maybon failed to submit appropriate information and
documentation for meal receipts
7 Mr Maybon purchased tickets to a Baltimore Ravens game with the school
district financial card and took his staff to the game
8 Mr Maybon while on a school trip to Salt Lake City purchased rooms and meals
with the school district financial card after the students had retumed to Boise While in Salt
Lake city on that same trip Mr Maybon purchased tickets to the local zoo with school funds
9 During these school years many purchases were coded to student derived
accounts but were actually ofno benefit to students

principle of the code of ethics that was adopted by the Idaho State Board of Education

The Chiel Certification Officer requests that the Commission grant the fotlowing relief
as permitted under Idaho Code gg 33- 1208 and 33- 1209
l That if Mr Maybon does not request a hearing the Commission suspend Mr
Maybons Administrator certificate for two years lrom the date of acceptance and that Mr
Maybon completo a thee credit approved ethics course which cannot be used for renewal
prrrposes The relief sought by the Chief Ce(ification Officer is only in relation to Mr
Maybons Administrator Certificate and does NOT affect touch upon or relate to Mr Maybons
teaching certificate
2 That if Mr Maybon requests a hearing a hearing be conducted before a hearing
panel where the Chief Certification Officer and Mr Maybon may present evidence conceming
the allegations in this Administrative Complaint to aid the hearing panel in determining whether
Mr Maybons certificates should be disciplined and if so what discipline should be imposed

REQUEST FoR RELIEF
The Chiel Certification Officer requests that the Commission grant the fotlowing relief
as permitted under Idaho Code gg 33- 1208 and 33- 1209
l That if Mr Maybon does not request a hearing the Commission suspend Mr
Maybons Administrator certificate for two years lrom the date of acceptance and that Mr
Maybon completo a thee credit approved ethics course which cannot be used for renewal
prrrposes The relief sought by the Chief Ce(ification Officer is only in relation to Mr
Maybons Administrator Certificate and does NOT affect touch upon or relate to Mr Maybons
teaching certificate
2 That if Mr Maybon requests a hearing a hearing be conducted before a hearing
panel where the Chief Certification Officer and Mr Maybon may present evidence conceming
the allegations in this Administrative Complaint to aid the hearing panel in determining whether
Mr Maybons certificates should be disciplined and if so what discipline should be imposed
